Welcome to Carriage House A, a spacious and beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Nashville retreat with a unique connection to Music City history. This property was once owned by country music legend Chet Atkins, giving your stay a special Nashville story all its own.

Tucked away in the private carriage house behind the main home, this 1,100 sq. ft. condo offers much more space than a typical Nashville rental. With 9-foot ceilings, oversized bedrooms, and a large, comfortable living room, there’s plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city.

The home has been recently remodeled with an updated, comfortable interior while retaining the character that makes the property unique. Guests also enjoy a full-size washer and dryer, making it especially convenient for longer stays.

One of the biggest perks is one free designated parking space in the garage adjacent to the unit—a valuable convenience when staying near the heart of Nashville.

A good place for a base when we visited Nashville around a 30 minutes walk to Broadway which was ideal for us. The apartment was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great location for a fun weekend in Nashville. It is right next to Vanderbilt. About a 40 min walk through cute neighborhoods down to Broadway, then an easy uber ride home. Susan was easy to communicate with and the house was exactly as shown. Comfortable beds which is a big one for me!! We had a great stay!

The property was very difficult to get an F150 up the driveway. The beds are very firm. They are foam mattresses. It was not disclosed until we arrived at the property that there permanent residence above our apartment. If you want to listen to hard walking feet above you then this is the place for you. Also, got woke up Monday night at 1:50 am with trash truck right outside the window picking up trash. The furniture looks like some garage sale special. The bottom of the tub is very slick. Let’s see the good part is it was clean, well stocked and the host did respond to my complaints about the noise above.

Our stay in Nashville was wonderful thanks to this property being easy and centrally located. We chose it, in part, because it has parking, which was covered and right out our door. Another reason we selected it is because of the comfy seating in the living room. We were visiting our daughter who has a small apartment so it was great that all 6 of us had a place to sit around when we weren't out and about in Nashville. Since we will be returning to Nashville often to visit our daughter, I would definitely stay here again.

The property was amazing and so quaint but spacious. It was clean and well kept. I would stay here again and highly recommend for location and ease of traveling the city and downtown.

Perfect space for us! Neighborhood was beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The garage/carport was an added plus. The only negative thing I will say is the trash area in back was a mess. Definitely will stay here again!

We have two grown children and six grandchildren!
