Great place for a lot of people.

The house was spacious and clean for the most part . We had to wash 2 of the sheets on bed when we got there because there was something on them . Neighborhood was alittle scetchy. But no problems with neighbors. We had a great time . Loved the pool table .

Family reunion

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Totally recommend paying to heat the pool in the colder months. Property was mostly clean. Back of property contained unpleasant brackish water and a broken bridge. Someone had left a cooler also full of brackish water. We kept the kids out of that area.

Go Bucs

Our family came to Tampa to watch the Bucs-Titans Game. This home was the perfect choice for us to relax after visiting friends Saturday and going to the game on Sunday. We felt at home. There were 8 of us and plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably.

Rejuvenating

The home was perfect for our family- adult kids and grandchildren. The pool was fantastic and we were in it every day- the temperature was perfect. We made good use of the bbq too! Several beaches near by to visit and we took in some baseball and hockey games. Something for everyone 👍

Everything was good, but living room light wasn't on(burned out?) And outside grill gas was empty.

Perfect for visiting Tampa Bay Area

The check-in and communication were very good. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. The house was clean, well equipped and the beds were very good. The neighborhood is very quiet (only the airplane noise was a bit annoying at times) and we felt very safe. The good location means that everything is within easy reach. Only the outside area could be a little more well maintained. Outside of the mosquito cage, the actually beautiful property could not be used. Overall, I can only recommend the accommodation and would stay there again at any time.

Would highly recommend

In life sometimes it's the little things that count. I was impressed that Mark, the host, sent me a message on the day of the check-in to verify that everything was in order and we didn't have any issues. This shows that he really cared that we had a great stay. The house was clean and as described. The thing that we liked but wasn't shown in the listing is that the bedrooms are at two different ends of the house (3 beds on each side). This could be a great benefit if two families or a family and in-laws are sharing the house as it provides a sort of personal space while on vacation. We liked the location as it was close to the highway, gas, groceries, etc. Overall I would highly recommend and say that Mark is a great host that cares. Keep up the great work!

Cool house, lots of problems.

The house was spacious with nice beds, rooms, and a big kitchen, the dishwasher was not working though. The pictures were not up to date, they need to update so people know what they are getting into. Great location, super easy to get in and out of. Pool and billiards were a nice touch. Grill as advertised was broken and the host had a charcoal grill delivered halfway through our visit and was not setup for us, so we didn’t have a grill for our week stay. There was no warning about this until we got to the house and asked the host about it. Which is kind of upsetting for us reason being it was one of the main reasons we picked this house and it is the 3rd thing listed on the title for the Vrbo listing. The host was nice and understanding but took a while to respond. The last thing was that our checkout time was 10am and while we were finishing up our packing we saw the cleaning people outside the house just sitting in the car staring and waiting for us to leave, it was 9am (an hour before checkout). We felt pressured and rushed to leave. Judging from other reviews everyone who has stayed loved it, so maybe ours was an outlier. Unfortunately I don’t think we would come back to this house in the future.

The house wasn’t bad no white ball for the pool table and sticks were bad shape, the grill also isn’t in best shape , the neighborhood is not the best when you first turn on the street there is broken cars everywhere , trash and furniture.
