Great unit with good proximity to ocean, pools and some restaurants. The beach access directly across 30a is convenient however, the beach is private and we had to walk 200yds further east. Lots of renovations taking place so excited to see how the complex looks in coming months.

This is a beautiful property so close to the beach. My husband myself and my two children had an amazing time. They were so quick to respond to any and all issues we had on our trip.We for sure would stay here again as long as it stays within our budget. The price point was a little higher then we normally go but it was worth it. :)

Great place for family vacation. Close to the beach, easy check in and out, full kitchen for those who prefer to cook.

Space with it being 3 bedrooms was perfect for my family. Location is great. 3 minute walk to the beach with public beach access directly across 30A.

Great Value Near Seaside

Pristine property right across 30A from beach. Easy beach access by foot or bike. Nice, small pool on property. Lovely, well-kept three-bedroom on first floor with shaded patio. Nice location near Seaside.

Great beach location

I booked this condo for a girl's weekend and it was perfect. There was sufficient room for everyone and it was a short walk to the beach. We had a problem with one of the showers and maintenence quickly resolved it for us. I would definitely stay again.

30A vacation

Property was very clean and well maintained. Only issue was the distance to the beach and once you got to the beach you had to go another 200 ft before you could utilize the beach due to property laws. My mom who is 80 had a very difficult time going to sit with us while on the beach. The condo itself was wonderful and Ocean Reef management team was so nice and tried to help us any way they could.

Family Vacation

Loved the property & beautiful condo. We come to Seagrove almost every year for last 20 years & have stayed at the Beachwood Villas several times. Not fond of not having the space once we come down the biardwalk to the beach with all the development on beach side. We arrived to condo to fight roaches in the kitchen & living room area. Could have done without that. Maintenance did come next day & set traps.

Sweet Stay!

We enjoyed our stay, and we would love to come again! The location and setup was so perfect for our family! The condo was overall very clean! With that said, and we absolutely don’t say this to complain, but to help improve the next guests’ experience: the top outlet on the wall to the left of the TV doesn’t work. The TV was plugged into this faulty outlet and we thought it was broken for the first half of the trip, so we were without family movie nights for a couple of days. There is mold/mildew in the washer, which is common with front loaders. The floor was seemingly clean, but actually really dirty upon checking in. We had to wear socks or shoes or we would have black feet!

Lovely Holiday!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo over Thanksgiving week. We’ve been coming to 30A for over 10 years and have stayed all along 30A over the years. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, I was shocked! Anything you need was there, and it was good stuff, not sketchy. There’s been many of times our TVs don’t work in our rentals or have minimal stations to watch, which is fine, we aren’t there to watch TV. This unit not only had great size TVs, but plenty of channels! Being November, you’re not really in the water so a little TV was great, especially for Thanksgiving football. Another stand out feature, which is something so small but you’d be surprised how many rentals don’t have this, which plenty of hangers in each closet! We even had extra hangers, which never happens. The management company, Ocean Reef does a great job. The unit above was getting new floors. Unfortunate timing but they handled it perfectly by giving me start and end times for the work day and when they’d be done for good with the project during our stay. Was very nice information to have to plan around to keep our sanity with all the noise. We would return, and we are ones that like to try new places each visit, so that says a lot!
