Welcome to paradise ! Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of several nearby beaches -Venice, Caspersen, Nokomis or Siesta Key. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this rental!! Come home to our beautiful, private, screened lanai with a heated pool for a refreshing relaxation after a day of sightseeing or beach-bumming. Enjoy a delicious meal seated at an outdoor dining table. Propane grill is also at your disposal!
The fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Our open living room is equipped with a 50" TV and WiFi. Our home is decorated with a coastal vibe and unique costal furnishing. Florida style!
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, linens are provided. Guest room is furnished with two twin size beds, one of which is a trundle bed, linens are also provided. The third bedroom is furnished with a queens size bed, bed sheets are provided. In the garage you'll find the washer and the dryer for your use.

Our vacation home has a prime location; close to shopping, restaurants, boating, fishing, kayaking, biking, and golf. Additionally, you can explore and sightsee while biking on Legacy Trail which will take you from Venice to Sarasota- two bicycles are also provided for our guests. A popular local spot Downtown Venice is only 10 minutes away-a palm tree lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants and cafes. Venice, Florida is the shark tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge. We are sure you'll love it here as much as we do!

Family friendly

This house is perfect for a family vacation. Lots of close by amenities and activities. The house had more than enough kitchen equipment and entertainment for kids. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The location is ideal- 1 mile from Shamrock Park & The Legacy Trail- we bike every morning so this is perfect. House clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. Pool was heated & area nice. We are not “techy” people & struggled with The Roku TV- instructions would be helpful.

A sparkling gem in Venice Fla.

This was a beautiful property which was comfort able and clean and a pleasure to visit for 11,days.The pool was emaculate and so inviting .The kitchen was a delight to prepare meals in . Bikes to ride just added to the great experience . The Hostess was beyond compare . She surpassed other Hosts by miles and I thought they were great ! If you are looking for a great house in a great neighborhood , close to fantastic restaurants ( all recommended by our Hostess) and all the shopping you could hope for I would look no further . Great area for doing exploring and beach hopping!!

We love this area around Venice and have been coming off and on since I was a teenager in the 1980s. There is so much to do and some of the most beautiful beaches. This house is easy to get to and so nicely decorated . It was bigger than we expected and provided lots of space for everyone to do their thing. We brought our 21& 22 year old kids and they had fun in the bunk beds. The house came well equipped both in the kitchen and with chairs and rice mats for us to take to beach. We had a minor glitch with water and Bud the property manager responded to us right away and came to the house and had it fixed within an hour and a half . Thank you to the owner , for the lovely place and to Bud for caring for us. We will definitely be back!!❤️❤️

South Venice house

This property was clean, quiet, the kitchen was well stocked, and had games and puzzles for our use.also had 2 bikes. We didn't use them as we had our own,, but was nice if we hadn't had our own. The property manager was wonderful. We had a problem with the pool, she fixed it right away. Also the TV only had Roku. We couldn't watch the Super Bowl. She tried to find a solution, but couldn't. ( Not her fault!) I would recommend this property.

Great Venice Location with Charming Layout

We stayed at this cute house over the holidays while visiting family. We love South Venice and the house was a perfect location to all our favorite beaches and restaurants including Pop's, Crow's Nest, Sharkey's, etc. It is also close enough to other nice restaurants in downtown Sarasota. The pool was nice and big enough for my daughter and she loved it. The temperature was perfect and there was plenty of seating outside. Inside the house it was very clean and renovated in the common areas. The 2 bedrooms were a perfect set-up as they were on opposite sides of the house. This was not a deal breaker but we are very tall family and the showers and bathrooms are definitely built for shorter individuals. The feedback for owner we would offer is the thermostat. It was a very chilly Christmas and it was freezing in the house the first few days. We were not able to adjust the thermostat. And when it warmed up the temperature was a bit too hot for us. I believe the thermostat was set to 74 most of the time and it was warm in the house. Would be nice to have a larger range for air circulation. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again as we travel to South Venice often. The management team was responsive and it was a quick and easy check-in and check-out experience.

Very Clean & Quiet

Loved the retro vibe of the house. If was very clean and quiet. The AC is set electronically at 74 degrees but it was tolerable. The fans were old and loud in the bedrooms. There is no dishwasher but you had all the tools to wash by hand. The house had a lot of beach essentials. We would stay here again.

Didn’t stay here because on arrival there was no cable or internet.

On arrival the house didn’t have cable or internet service. Evidently the house was in the middle of being sold and the current owner had done away with the service. The property manager did find us another house however did not want to reimburse us for the difference between the two places. Needless to say we will not be renting again from this property manager.

So clean and kitchen well equipped!

We enjoyed our week there! Very close to beach, jetty, walking trails, boat rentals and our relatives! The pool was perfect temp for cooling off and beds very comfy! All great tv options for streaming, too!

Great experience and stay

Easy process for check in/out. Timely communication with property manager when necessary. Property had everything we needed for our stay and styling was super cute. Bunks in 2nd bedroom have been replaced with 3 twin beds so it may be easier for some staying with little kids or those who can’t climb easily. It is an older Florida home so don’t expect 5 Seasons but if you’re looking to relax like a South Venice local this is perfect.

Wonderful winter getaway

Very clean home with all you need for a beach getaway with family or friends. Heated pool was quite enjoyable. Had an issue with pool heater early on and Bud took care of it right away. Great communication. Block is very quiet and all the shopping and restaurants are a few minutes away. Would book again

Great stay, ok sleep

To sum up, this property is great and in a quiet area. The streets lack deed restrictions so there are some unsightly neighbors but we still felt safe and it was quiet. The pool was a great bonus and so was having two full bathrooms. My only gripe would be the comfort of the beds. The king mattress is over worn and I found myself with aches and pains over our stay.

Love this property!

The kids really enjoyed the pool! Only 3 stars for the check in process because although early check in was ok’d by the property owner we weren’t able to enter until 1pm. The property is clean and spacious. Having all the beach wants and needs available is a bonus! Also having a washer and dryer available while traveling with kids is wonderful! I would stay here again! Bud the property owner is really nice!

Good stay, however...

Me and my wife had a good stay here at this property. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My only gripe was with the pool. We were excited to swim and when we headed out there there was no pool cover in use and were many bugs on the surface and throughout the pool that I could not clean out with my provided net. However, Bud was responsive and gave us a net with smaller holes. The next day we went out to clean it and there seemed to be what looked like toilet paper at the very bottom of the pool that I cleaned out...needless to say we didn’t swim again on our stay. It seemed like the pool did not get much attention cleaning-wise before we came and that’s not acceptable in my opinion. Other than the pool situation, overall it was really a good stay and we enjoyed ourselves. Plenty to do in the surrounding area.

To start with, this pool is enclosed completely by a screened Lanai. I is hard to believe that someone would not know that Florida in the mid summer humidity has a fair bug population and some of them find their way into the tiniest of cracks. That is one of thee reasons that those nets are found at every pool.. This pool is cleaned every Thursday by a professional pool cleaning company. Unless someone snuck in during the night to deposit toilet paper in the pool my guess is that one of their dinner napkins blew of the snack table located next to the pool.

Awesome house.

This is a perfect house for a couples getaway or a small family. I have honestly never seen a cleaner rental EVER! And the house had everything you would need. A nice little private pool. We would definitely stay here again.
