Most well-equipped kitchen we've ever stayed in! Plenty of room for 3 adults, 1 child, 1 Christmas tree and all the gifts! Comfortable beds, large dining table, very clean house. Property is just a block from Bardstown Rd., convenient to everywhere else!

We had a wonderful stay at this Louisville home while celebrating our son’s college graduation. The house was perfect for the occasion - especially the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to host a small gathering after the ceremony. The rooms were beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy time together as a family. Unfortunately, the weather was cold during our stay, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the lovely outdoor space, but that just gives us an excuse to come back in the spring! We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

We had a fantastic weekend stay in this adorable little home with a beautiful back garden. Peaceful, relaxing, minutes from the zoo, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Would rent again!

Work stay

In Louisville for work. Needed a place for a month and found this gem. Lovely neighborhood, easy street parking out front, very clean and a furnished kitchen where we cooked meals most every night. We came in the winter so we only got to see the koi thru the ice. That blew my mind, I didn’t know they could stay alive under ice. I’ll have to come back in warmer weather. You should too.

Great House for a Great Trip

We had a great trip up to Louisville for a music festival last week and stayed here with our family of 6. The location was quite good, right off of Bardstown Road and was very close to the venue. The house was as we expected, very clean, and stocked with all sorts of little things you never remember you need until you get there. So while we never expect things to be provided at a rental house, it was great that they provided those things to get us through until we could get to the store. The back patio was a perfect for us and very relaxing. We found ourselves out there for breakfast and other times throughout each day. James was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Great location, comfortable clean home, great neighborhood

Home was extremely clean, comfortable very relaxing. Easy check in and smooth stay. Home had everything you need, neighborhood very convenient walking to restaurants and shops. Neighbors friendly and make you feel welcome
