Enjoy our beautiful and spacious condo, with all of the ease of a staffed hotel. Our condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, exceptional views, a large balcony, 2 jetted bathtubs, access to a large an enchanting outdoor pool and a fitness center. We are located on a hillside overlooking peaceful Dawn Beach. You’ll have free wifi and easy parking, dry cleaning and laundry facilities.

Soul Beach Fest

The rooms were very clean and they were also updated from the pictures online. I enjoyed myself would recommend this place to any of my family and friends looking for a great spot in St. Marrtain.

The photos were not the place we stayed at. The place we did stay at was more updated and was really really nice. The photos of the place we booked looked really nice too.

Perfect condo

This condo had everything you needed from pool toys to a few essentials in the kitchen. We loved waking up to the sunrise. And overlooking the pool and ocean. It was a great complex. Everything was perfect.

Family Holiday Trip

Very spaciousf, comfortableand up to date condo. Good location to drive into Philipsburg and to the Caribbean west coast. Quiet area overall. Definitely recommend a car as area is on a very steep hillside. Access to Dawn Beach pretty tough but it was so windy during our stay we went to other areas anyway.

Condo

Our stay at this 2BR condo was fantastic. The condo is well kept and very comfortable. The condo looks so much better than the photos. The kitchen had all the needed utensils, pots & pans, coffee & hot water kettle. I’ll recommend you bring your own spices & condiments. The bathroom needs a little upgrading but it was still perfectly fine. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. You do need to rent a car to stay on this property though as it’s in a quiet residential area.
