This beautifully decorated premium unit on the first floor is located in the Premier Ocean Village Club. Walk out your private screened patio to the heated pool or take a short walk to the unheated pool or the Atlantic Ocean. Ocean Village Club is a gated community with private beach access that offers 2 pools (1 heated), tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, and grilling/picnic pavilion. Just minute away from the leading attractions, restaurants, and shopping in Historic St. Augustine!

This unit is located on the first floor, corner unit, in Building J. The easy walk from our door to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. There are sidewalks and ramp walkways. There are NO stairs.
The walk from the parking lot to the front door is 50 feet.

This condo was perfect! Great location, well stocked with essentials, great communication with host, and nice amenities. Would recommend this condo/host to anyone looking! We will definitely be looking to stay here again as we make several trips every year to St Augustine.

Great place to stay

Me and my family love the location and the property itself. The condo was very clean roomy we absolutely love the screened in porch and the beds were so comfortable we will definitely stay again.

the place was everything the ad said....the cleanest and most well stocked place we have ever rented, and we had NO complaints about anything. the pool was right out the door, the furniture comfortable, the bed perfect, and the location, on the drive on beach, was excellent. plenty of restaurants nearby, shopping, if you needed it, also close, and the drive on beach, one turn away on and off....a palace in the middle of everything....

Excellent stay!

Property is clean and beautiful. Pool is located right out the back patio door. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, excellent location! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, all provided. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need and grocery store is a mile away. Will definitely stay again!

St. Augustine Adventure

We had a great time! Property has easy access to the beach, swimming pool, and picnic pavilion. Felt safe and secure. Mary was very easy to work with and responded to our questions immediately. We will be coming back!

Best Vacation Ever!

This condo is very well equipped including much necessary beach accessories like a wagon, chairs, toys, games, and two umbrellas! Mary was wonderful and made our stay awesome! We will be back for sure!

Home away from home

Secure, gated community. Quiet. First floor unit with parking close to unit and spacious. Had everything we needed and very clean. Host was very responsive and her instructions for the unit were very clear. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Condo Around

I would definitely book this condo again. We really liked it. Very nice on the inside and had everything you needed. One of the pools was right out the back of condo, just steps away. My husband and I enjoyed sitting out in the screened in patio. Condo is close to a lot of restaurants. Thank you Mary, the owner, for making everything so easy.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

St. Augustine Beach has always been our favorite beach spot. There are so many things to do, great restaurants & attractions, and of course the absolutely beautiful beaches. This particular property offers so much value for the money. There are 2 pools, heated and unheated, tennis, etc. The parking is unlimited and a very short walk to the front door from your car. There are no steps anywhere!
