Raise a glass of good bourbon and join us as we say cheers to some of things that make us Kentucky proud. The home boasts a living room with ample seating, well equipped kitchen stocked with vintage derby glasses, perfect for sipping new finds from local distilleries. You’ll also find a large king room with repurposed authentic barrels, a queen room dedicated divas of derby, and upstairs we have two double beds surrounded by repurposed horseshoes straight from the track and a fun flower wall.

House was very nice and clean. Accurate web discrimination and pictures are very accurate. You do not have access to the backyard unless you go out the side door to and enter through a gate. The yard was very nice and inviting as well. Just little inconvenient to utilize. Beds were comfortable, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry areas were stocked for a short time of toiletries and essentials which was very nice. Host was easy to get ahold of once it was close to reservations time. Very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay with this host and property again. Location was very convenient for our visit for an expo that was at the Kentucky Fairgrounds.

Farm Show 25

Great communication with host. Nice house in a nice neighborhood close to everything. When we reported a foul smell they had maintance there the next day. Only reason a 4 star was giving for cleaninless was the fridge was nasty and we had to clean out as well as coffee had been spilt all down the cabinets. There was also water bottle under the bed and a bandaid on the cornhole boards. We will stay again next year if possible. Over all a great stay!!

Great Location for bourbon bonanza

We had a milestone birthday in our family so 6 of us went down to tour distilleries and other such shenanigans. This place was perfectly located about 10 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes to Bardstown. We split our time between both. The owner was responsive to all our needs and we very much enjoyed our time! Thank you all.

Wonderful

Loved the layout, updates, space that this house provided. Felt safe, enjoyed the backyard and bags set. Used all appliances, including thr keurig and the air fryer. Kitchen was well stocked. House really helped us enjoy our stay in Louisville.

Perfect location to get around

The house was clean, comfortable and a great location for us to get around to everything we had planned. The neighborhood had some fantastic places to eat and hang out.

Cozy and comfy

We were in town for a volleyball tournament taking place at the expo center on the fairgrounds. We had 6 adults and one child. The house fit us comfortably. The location in relation to the fairgrounds is very close. Even to go downtown to activities like the Louisville Slugger museum was only a 10-15 min drive. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe, although you will hear airplanes taking off from the airport. We did have to contact the host due to blowing a breaker while cooking breakfast, but he was easy to reach and great to deal with. The house was equipped with what we needed for our stay. Overall a nice property.

Great Louisville place

This newly renovated house exceeded our expectations. The host were very accommodating and made everything so easy. We loved the style with a theme of horses and bourbon. We could not have had a better time at this place with our friends. We will definitely stay here again!
