Thank you for your feedback. I have to say I’m surprised by several of the comments in this review, as we communicated extensively both before and during your stay. You called me numerous times with questions, and I personally answered your calls and did my best to address every concern. The home is accurately represented in the listing photos, including the spiral staircase, furniture, pool area, and overall setup. You also specifically asked me before your stay whether the home provided toys/pool toys, and I clearly explained that it did not. Regarding the towels, there is a closet stocked with additional towels. When you contacted me about this, I personally directed you to where they were located. The kitchen hot water was also functioning; it simply required turning the faucet in the correct direction. The garbage disposal became clogged during your stay after items were placed in it that should not have been disposed of that way. I also tried to be very accommodating throughout your reservation. I allowed additional guests without charging an extra fee, and although checkout time was clearly established, your group remained at the property for nearly three hours beyond checkout without requesting a late departure. I chose not to make an issue of it or impose an additional charge. I absolutely respect every guest’s right to leave an honest review, but I believe it is equally important to provide the full context. Many of the concerns mentioned here were either clearly disclosed before the reservation or personally addressed when you contacted me. I was available and responsive throughout your stay, so I’m disappointed that the review does not reflect the level of communication and accommodation that was provided.
