Welcome to The Casita, a charming dog-friendly retreat set amidst an Italian-inspired vineyard. This serene countryside escape offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. With a private gated entrance and ample parking, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind or explore at your own pace. You can opt to join in the fun at the tasting room or enjoy the peaceful tranquility of your own space, all while your furry friends are welcomed alongside you.

The property is managed by Francisco, the wine expert who lives on-site, and he’s available for personalized wine recommendations or to share the vineyard's fascinating history. As you overlook the vineyards, you'll feel like you're in a little piece of Italy, complete with award-winning wines and stunning countryside views.

Ideal spot for my husband and our fur baby to getaway for the new year. The casita had everything we needed. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is HUGE. If you bring a pet, note there are coyotes in the area so bring a flashlight and pepper spray. I would gladly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this quaint vineyard retreat! The property is absolutely beautiful—surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and gorgeous sunsets. It was the perfect getaway for both us and our two dogs, who loved exploring the area. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We loved waking up to birdsong and enjoying our morning coffee overlooking the vines. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape filled with nature, wine, and comfort (plus a very dog-friendly environment!), this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a little cute spot in esco, but on checkout day the cleaners showed up an hour and a half before our checkout time and parked their car towards the front window and played music and just kinda watched us and waited. This was on a 5 acre space. Other than that was fine, didn’t dig that we had to also pay and deal with vrbo after booking. Also WiFi wasn’t connected and some spaces were visibly dirty. I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to for this stay.

The casita was adorable, clean, and quiet, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I was in town doing a book signing, so I was exhausted from talking to people when I got there. It was perfect to unwind with a glass of wine! The views are so lovely. I wound up coming alone because of a last minute change, and I was a little worried in advance about staying out there on my own instead of at a hotel. I didn't have a single issue! Everyone at the tasting room was so nice, and they gave great recommendations for things to do in the area while I was there. I didn't bring my dog, but I think she would have loved it. Sometimes people want to know about kitchens: fridge, nespresso (a true blessing), toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, and dinnerware. I would not plan to cook anything big there, but I did make breakfast for myself in the toaster oven every day and reheated some leftovers. Very romantic and perfect for a couple!

The property is beautiful and the wine tasting room is super convenient but not open during the week. The casita was just okay. There is only a microwave so you can't really cook a meal. The Nespresso machine did not have any pods to use in it so we had to go buy coffee and use the drip coffee maker. There was no hand soap in the bathroom which the host quickly took care of. The remote for the TV didn't work until we went a purchased batteries. There's really no seating area - just the bed or the bar stools at the small bar height table.

Amazing property grounds, my dog loved the place! He even got to play with the resident great danes. Convenient location, really easy check-in, quiet and comfortable room with a small fridge and microwave. The winery was great, really loved the Barbera and cab franc. Once the tasting room closes at 7, you pretty much have the whole place to yourself. The wifi in the room is a bit slow and glitchy (Verizon), but the more traditional network over at the tasting room is fast and reliable. Cannot rate this place high enough , especially of you are bringing your pup. Thx Cheval!

The casita was lovely. Surrounded by vineyards and the vineyard manager gave us a bottle of wine that they make that was a red blend. It was delicious! My puppies were thrilled to walk around and explore. Bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!
