We take all guest concerns very seriously & wish to address the points you have raised. First and foremost, we would like to clarify that the mattress in the master bedroom is new. It is concerning to hear your claim that it felt as though it had been pulled from a dumpster, as we have not received any such complaints from other guests. Additionally, your statement about the AC units, vents, & the general cleanliness of the property comes as a surprise. These elements are maintained regularly, & the state you described does not reflect the standards we uphold. It's important to note that we were never informed of any of these issues during your stay. You were provided with the manager’s contact information, yet no communication was made to address these supposed problems. Had we been aware, we would have taken immediate action to rectify any genuine concerns. While we understand that some guests might be motivated by the possibility of obtaining a refund, it is disheartening when complaints appear to be exaggerated or unfounded. We are committed to providing a comfortable & enjoyable stay for all our guests, & it is upsetting to see such false allegations. However, if there was any truth to your claims, we sincerely apologize & would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve these issues during your stay. We aim to continuously improve.
