The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a spa-style ensuite featuring a garden tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms include a comfortable queen room and a twin bunk room—perfect for younger guests.

What truly sets Sea La Vie apart is the private mother-in-law suite, located within the home but offering its own full kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. It's ideal for multi-family stays, grandparents, or anyone who appreciates a little extra privacy. A full laundry room and garage access (housing the golf cart) add everyday convenience to your stay.

Located along Florida's Forgotten Coast, Port St. Joe offers uncrowded beaches, clear water, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Windmark Beach is known for its thoughtfully planned layout, family-friendly amenities, and easy access to dining, outdoor adventures, and local shops.

Whether you're beach hopping, paddleboarding, or simply slowing down, Sea La Vie places you right where coastal life feels effortless.

-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-Every guest is required to sign and abide by the guidelines outlined in our golf cart waiver. Per our Golf Cart Agreement, you are solely liable for the golf cart during your stay. If we find any damage you will not only be charged for the total cost of the incurred damages, but also for the cost of a golf cart rental during the length of time the original golf cart is being repaired.
-If the golf cart key is lost, stolen, or damaged a $150 fee will apply.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
-Guests are sent an electronic Welcome Guide prior to check-in with entry codes, house details, and area highlights.
-Beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own for beach use.
