Great location in the heart of the quaint town of Utica. Hiking trails within minutes and the property itself is perfect for two. Perfect fall getaway!

Place was nice and clean. Enjoyed the lit Christmas tree next to the fireplace! Thankful there were a few k ups for coffee. All I had brought was ground coffee so it was nice to have my cup of coffee Also thankful for skoogs and joy and Ed’s being open during the snow storm!!

It was really a nice stay. For an open floor plan you still had plenty of privacy. There are plenty of options for food and beverages and ice cream in walking distance.Utica is a friendly community, we stayed for 3 nights and checked out the state parks, did lots of hiking. It was a great spot to come back to and relax, the mattress was awesome, was able to get a great night's sleep!!!

Cute, trendy, studio appartment

Had a wonderful trip. This apartment is set up nicely. It overlooks the street that is blocked off for outdoor eating at the local restaurants. The shower is HUGE. It was a great anniversary getaway spot for my husband and I. We ate at some of the local spots, hiked in the parks, explored local towns. Everything was so convenient. Highly recommend!

Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay for a weekend away!

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my wife. Suite was perfect for our weekend away. Couldn't have asked for a better location to local restaurants, shops and attractions. Very friendly, clean, fun and respectful community. We can't wait to book this place again and go back!

Great stay in Utica

This apartment was absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Utica was perfect, close to everything yet in a quiet and relaxing setting. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely book again! Highly recommend.
