What an amazing property on gorgeous Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos! It exceeded our expectations for beauty, comfort, cleanliness and easy access to the beach. Villa Renaissance is a wonderful resort with kind, helpful employees. We are already talking about a return trip! Do yourself a favor and book this property…you will not regret it!

This property's location is great. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The front door is steps from the resort pool and the back door is steps from the beach. the daily maid service was great. We were a family of 8, and it accommodated everyone easily. We'd definitely return.

The condo was beautiful with easy access to the beach. The kitchen had all we needed, except a kettle! The staff at the resort were very helpful with any requests we had. Daily housekeeping and towel changes were an added bonus. Lovely pool and hot tub. Overall very pleased with our choice.

Great location, beautiful beach. The unit was clean and having housekeeping daily was a huge plus. Fully kitchen that was well stocked with equipment. The short walk to the grocery and the great kitchen made it possible to breakfast and lunch without missing beach time. Beach and pool chairs were abundant, even during spring break. We will return.

This was an absolutely perfect spot for me and my family. The grocery delivery service was perfect so we were able to already have food dropped off in the villa before we arrived. Those kinds of services and the amentities on the property were fantastic with our kids. And you could not ask for a better walk to the beach, which was barely 50 feet from the porches at the front of the villa. We're definitely looking to make this a regular spot for our family warm weather get aways!

The unit was recently updated and was even more beautiful than expected. The staff and grounds were amazing. The listing did not call out but we were pleasantly surprised that there were smoke detectors installed for extra peace of mind. We would definitely stay again if we return to Turks and Caicos in the future!

Best location in Turks

Location was right in the middle of EVERYTHING!! Walking distance to dozens of great restaurants...grocery store...lots of shops. Ocean view was spectacular, having coffee in the morning looking at the waves was great, but hearing the waves all night was even more fantastic. Beach and pool were all you could ask for...can't wait to go back!

Love this place

I hate to give this property a good review because I don't want it to get so popular I can't get in, but it really is a great place to stay. The location is central, the people there are so nice, the units are exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, well appointed. The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. This was our second year at this property and will be our preferred place to stay in the future.

Amazing location, wonderful villa

Villa Renaissance was a wonderful place to stay for our college reunion. Our unit was spacious and clean, with beautiful views and wonderful property. The beach in front is gorgeous with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pool is huge and the area around it is just lovely. The property is in an amazing location next to plenty of restaurants and shops - so convenient! The property staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Renaissance in Turks and Caicos and would absolutely return. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the team was so helpful leading up to our trip—assisting with everything from coordinating a grocery order to providing great restaurant recommendations, which made planning effortless.The condo itself was spotless and extremely well-maintained. Daily housekeeping was a huge plus and made the stay feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.What truly sets this property apart are the views and the beach access. They are simply unparalleled. Being able to step right out onto such a beautiful stretch of beach, with those incredible turquoise waters, was the highlight of our trip.Overall, a fantastic experience—we couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend Villa Renaissance.

Property is as described...close to shopping and restaurants. Ocean is 1 minute walk from your door. chairs and umbrellas there waiting to be used. Beach cleaned daily and nice! I would stay here again. However if you can bring staple foods and duty free booze you are much better off. Grocery is 3-4X's more expensive than in the states!Dining out is very pricy..LUPO italian was great and reasonable of the places close to condo. Mr. Grouper was another great food place. Vita "the Rock " has great views during the day..food not great and pricey.
