Fantastic rental with all the conveniences of home! Great location, pretty quiet most days/nights and the pool is gorgeous! Host is excellent at communication as well, reaching out before we even left for vacation to see how we needed the home set up. Excellent! We will be returning!

There are 3 bedrooms, two upstairs that both have adjoining bathrooms. The bedroom downstairs also has an adjoining bathroom, but this bathroom is also a common bathroom. The stairs number 15, so anyone with mobility issues might have problems. Everything was comfortable. The pool was great and proximity to Key West was great, too.

We loved this property! The pool was twenty feet off of the back deck. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs and we appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo. We slept relatively comfortably with 4 adults and 4 kids and having 3 full bathrooms made getting ready fairly easy. It's a good fifteen minute drive to most of the sites and Duval, but it was also quiet, very easy to park in front of the condo, and didn't feel crowded at all. We visited the second week of April so I think we missed the Spring Break rush. We had the pool to ourselves the first two mornings we were there.

Amazing place!

Would recommend this place to everyone! Clean, quaint, and had everything we needed. Fifteen minute golf cart ride to Duval St. We had a great time.
