Fantastic vacation rental!

Probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed which is very important to us. The location was very convenient. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home!

Christmas at the Cottage

We had a wonderful few days! The house was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Loved the extra bar/game room area, sounds of the osprey from the preserve and the location!

Property was super clean and well kept. Scott was a great host. Had some issues with the wifi and cell service is very weak, but everything else was perfect.

Relaxing family getaway

This adorable cottage was the perfect spot for us to visit our daughter who attends FGCU, spend time at the beach and head to Naples and the Everglades for a day. We enjoyed the board games and reading on the comfy couch. We also enjoyed several delicious restaurants, especially the breakfast at Wolfmoon bakery! The house was located on a nice quiet street.

Fantastic cottage with fun surprises!!!

Beautifully renovated cottage on a secluded private street. Close to everything but you may not want to leave - we spent hours in the Riverbank Pub watching tv and playing the video game! It was the perfect spot for our short Bonita family getaway. Host was very responsive and we would be happy to stay here again!

Wish we could be selfish, and keep this hidden treasure, full of gems, to ourselves. No welcoming signage needed, for once you enter, it feels like a second home, “We’d live here!” Host provides all the thoughtful/useful amenities needed for a most comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed front/backyard patios, with the occasional visit from Lizzy the Lizard, and breakfast at the cabana. Most helpful, offering outdoor showering, upon return from your choice of beaches. Host provides an appreciated abundance in bath toweling, and even, beach towels! Truly tranquil location from the hustle and bustle of main street(s), and yet, convenient quick drive to the grocery. Appreciate the option, allowing your pet to tag along; our doggie enjoyed play and sunning. This was our first Vrbo, and visit/accommodations were unsurpassed. We walked away, with a Host, who represents Imperial Dr. with utmost pride in representation. Single to family friendly, without hesitation, would highly recommend. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay/adventure

AMAZING PLACE!!

This property was amazing! The owner was extremely nice and helpful! The communication was great! The outdoor bar was perfect for a little dinner outside, they had some board games and cards for the kiddos! Fully stocked with everything needed to cook in home. Will definitely be staying every time we are in Bonita Springs!

Great little Cottage

The cottage is exactly as listed. A full kitchen with all you need to cook any meal at home. The a/c is brand new and ceiling fans in all rooms. The entire place looks and feels brand new and we really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful getaway!

This place is a gem! Immaculate bungalow, just perfect for my husband and me. Hosts were very responsive and helpful, and obviously care about the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. Well-appointed with everything we could need. Quiet and comfortable sleeping. Location was great! Just a few minutes from beaches, grocery stores, shopping, and major highways. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

My friend and I stayed here during a business trip to Naples. The space has great energy inside and out, and is beautiful and clean inside and out! Scott, the property owner, was incredibly responsive and accomodating to our requests. Golf vacation for Snow Birds

This is a clean modern little cottage just right for a couple or small family. Very safe and quiet neighborhood but close to the beach, golfing, restaurants and shopping. The host Michael is very accommodating and hospitable. The were a few things of note: the WiFi is not dependable, the property was entered without our knowledge while we were out and the gas grill tank was removed while we were out as well. Mike was apologetic but had no knowledge. Overall a good stay.

Cottage Getaway

Loved our weekend stay at the cottage! I’m fairly new to Florida, having moved here less than 2 years ago, so decided to take me and my girlfriend away for a weekend and came across this cottage and instantly booked it. Everything went smooth as can be, it’s close by to beach, restaurants, excursions (we did Kayaking with Mikes Coastal Excursions, highly recommended), other activities (we went mini golfing one night) etc.. They also allow pets and my dog Zappe loved his first getaway with us! Scott is a great host, I would recommend.

Loved it!!

We went to Bonita Springs to visit my father. We usually just stay in a hotel and realized it was cheaper to get an air bnb. The house was perfect for my husband and I. My brother came over to hang out and decided to stay there too in the second bedroom. Everything is clean and brand new. The owners also thought of the little things that you might need like games, sunscreen and even bug spray. Sitting on the porch or having a drink at the outdoor bar shed was the bonus! Definitely going to make this place my go to whenever I visit in the future.

Peaceful getaway

Scott the owner was amazing. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It’s on a sleepy little dead end road that backs up to a narrow canal that 1 house away was the river. Scott had all the equipment , even a wave board. We didn’t get a chance to use the bbq , but next trip definitely bringing some steaks. Publix is less than a mile away. Beds were super comfortable. Everything is brand new. My husband loved loved the outside bar with a Tv screen and fridge. My pups loved the yard, which was well taken care of. Outside shower was great when we can come from the dog beach. Dog beach was about 3 miles and loads of fun. So many great restaurants close by. I would suggest LaTattoria on 5th ave. I would highly recommend this property for a great get away.
