Relaxing Getaway!

We were very pleased with this beautiful home in Bonita! We had everything that we needed and more! The property included so many amenities including beach chairs, towels, coolers, bikes and more! We spent countless hours laying by the pool and playing corn hole. One of our favorite parts is the screened in porch to have wonderful meals and conversation at. The location is close to several major beaches, our favorite being Barefoot Beach! We hope to come back someday soon! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nice place

The house was in a great neighborhood with easy access to the main drag. Furniture and beds comfortable (bed pillows not so much). Arrived to full garage/recycling bins and a few items in a couple draws. Otherwise very clean. Kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed for meal prep. We’d rent again.

A very happy Thanksgiving stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen. The property is ideally situated close to shopping, dining, and of course the beautiful beaches. The decorating is very pleasant with a light, airy feel. We really enjoyed the screened patio right off the extremely well equipped kitchen and ate all of our meals out there. The internet and cable worked flawlessly. The securely fenced property meant we could leave our dog in the yard without worrying about an escape attempt! All this made for a very relaxing, worry free stay. We would probably rent this property again.

Great house. Had everything we meeded

The house is stocked with almost everything you need. Nice decor and extra details throughout the house. I read on another review about the place needing something to block out lights at night. That’s still a problem. The landscape lights are right outside the windows of all bedrooms. My daughter and I had to buy sleep masks for this stay after the first night of little sleep. Blackout curtains would be advised

We greatly appreciate your feedback on your recent stay at one of our properties. We're pleased to know that you found the house well-stocked and appreciated the thoughtful decor and details throughout. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the landscape lights outside the bedrooms. Your comments about the light issue are noted, and we understand the importance of a comfortable sleep environment. We'll certainly take your suggestion for blackout curtains into consideration as we continue to enhance our accommodations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope that despite this issue, you were still able to enjoy your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future for an improved experience. Best regards, Mike Z Rental Team

Initially communication was excellent however once we arrived to the house communication was poor. A phone call and two text messages were sent to Mike regarding TVs and he failed to respond. Checkout was at 10am however the cleaning people arrived at 9:30. We thought it was unreasonable to be asked to strip linens from beds and start a wash with linens and towels, take all garbage from house and put in the trash. What is the purpose of a cleaning fee of 350? All dishes and utensils had to be washed before using and shelves in closets needed to be dusted before putting clothes on them. The house is lovely, comfortable, and centrally located. The house
