Beautiful 4 bedroom brick home on the end of a private culdesac. On nearly a half acre it backs up to large trees for lots of privacy. 6 ft wood privacy fence in the back. Back patio deck has outdoor dining table and retractable sunsetter awning. 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with main floor master bedroom. Master has a large jacuzzi tub. All 3 bedrooms upstairs have queen beds. Home has a fully equipped kitchen and large theater room with 75” TV. Stadium seating with reclining Lay-Z-Boy custom couches. Master bedroom and living room have flat screen TVs. 2 car garage

All 6 of us girls were so impressed with the propinas thought it was even better in person. Bess were comfortable, pillows dreamy and had the right amount of dishes and pans. If we come to Nashville again this will be a must stay! MB

Amazing location and super comfortable house

Loved the house, open floor plan and back deck that were all wonderful for a group of friends to enjoy Fall in Nashville. The theater room was also a great hit!

Great Place!

Great place to stay. Clean and very comfortable. Convenient to downtown Nashville. Several grocery stores and shops close. Everyone enjoyed their stay! Will stay again when we are in Nashville!

I couldn’t have stayed anywhere nicer than this home . Everything is close and convenient. The host was very nice and check in was very smooth .

We enjoyed the house and were comfortable. We did buy shower soap and didn’t think to ask the owners about it. We found more towels downstairs. The theater is very enjoyable. Plastic wrap and storage bags in the kitchen would have been a plus. Owners are very responsive and so helpful when one of us left a Kindle there. Overall a good choice and a pleasant stay.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This was such a great place to stay! The house is very spacious and gives you room if you have a large group. Loved the Theater Room. It’s in a great neighborhood with some nice amenities nearby. Anne & Tim were great hosts! We had to schedule on short notice for a funeral and they were very accommodating. If we ever need a place to stay in Nashville, this will be our go to.

Great property and location!

We were in town with family for a funeral and this house had everything (and more!) that we needed. It was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The movie room was such a nice addition. We spent most nights relaxing watching the big screen, in the comfy chairs! It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The hosts were great and super responsive!

Family vacation in Nashville

Anne was a wonderful host and has a beautiful property in Nashville. Very secure and private location with amenities close by. Safe parking for two vehicles and plenty of room for 7 adults. Highly recommend you check out this listing if Nashville is on your bucket list.

Great stay

This property was great, and the host was exceptional. They allow us for a lot of things, and it was very nice house with all the things equipped in it. Communication was easy and fast they were always on point with whatever we need will definitely book again if I ever need it, the location itself is in the safe and quiet neighborhood away from the crazy party houses grade for family to stay if you're coming in for weddings and stuff .

Great area. The place was very clean. The downstairs mattress very soft. Everything we needed in the kitchen except zilocks and spices. Try the gluten free goose bakery that walking distance.

The home is exactly as described. It is in a nice neighborhood. The owner is easy to get in contact with. This rental worked out perfect for our stay and we would rent again.

Wonderful house with plenty of space!

House was wonderful with plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kiddos to spread out. The theater room was a BIG HIT! Location is about 30 min from most of the popular Nashville attractions, which we were fine with. We went to places on the Westside, downtown, and Eastside, and it was basically the same distance from all. Would def stay here again!

Great house south of city

This house was chosen mainly for location and size needed. Plenty of room to spread out or gather. We wanted to have a place to gather and play games and so many places we checked out didn't have room for more than 4 at a table - if they had one at all! The theater room was popular with the group and use of garage was appreciated. We reached out to owners once early in week and response was within 10 min. Master bed was a bit worn but not the worst we've had. We've recommended to family in the area when they have guests needing somewhere to stay!

Great location & layout

The location of this property and layout was perfect for our 4 person work trip. We were in town for a conference and this home was nicely located in a safe area and close to some good eating/shopping. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful deck overlooking the yard. While we had no problems with the check in/out and the process was as described, we never heard from the property manager before or during our stay. The home was nice and had all we needed, but was not very clean. The master bedding was dirty, coffee mugs were dirty, and general tidiness of the house was not great. It was all things that could easily be fixed, and nothing terrible with the property itself.

Family Vacation Fun

We brought our family to Nashville for a family vacation/21st birthday celebration. The house was perfect for the family. We watched a couple of movies in the theater room and the table in the kitchen will flip over for a poker table (bring your own chips). We cooked every night to save money for a family of 7. It has pots/pans and a few utinsils for cooking, full coffee pot, & dishes. Beds are comfortable and it is a clean house. The location has tons of stores near by -Walmart & grocery store very close. 25-30 mins from downtown Nashville, Nashville Shores waterpark & Grand Ole Opry/Opry Mills Mall. There is a quick response when sending message to the hosts. You won't be disappointed!

Tennessee baseball tournament

We had 8 people stay at this home from 7/16/2024 to 7/22/2024 and everything you see in the pictures is what the house looks like. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and if needed they have a washer and dryer to wash them. There was plenty room and space that accommodated our family. Anne and Tim, the hosts of the house, were extremely responsive as we did have an issue upon arrival which was completely out of their control, the matter was promptly handled and options were given to us for the night that impacted us the most (air conditioner was having problems for the upstairs area). We highly recommend staying at this location as it is in a safe and clean area. When we look for places to stay we do rely on previous visits and the comments given, to which the stay that gave it a negative review was totally unfounded as the issue was dealt with immediately. We would definitely stay there again.
