The condo was very clean upon our arrival. Plenty of dishes, linens, paper goods were provided. Extremely quiet, never heard the neighbors. Screen porch was great. Although we did not use the pool, both appeared just as pictured in the listing. We saw many guests with pets but never heard one sound from any of them. Bed was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the gate from the main road was not working but that was fixed during our stay. Overall, very comfortable lodging and we would come back again.

A cozy condo

This was a great place for the two of us
..bed was comfy and pillows were too. We like the area and the location is excellent ! Kitchen had basic supplies. Furnishings were adequate. Good communication from rental managers!

Basic but Everything you Need

The unit was basic and could use updating. However, it was comfortable and had everything we needed. There were a few minor issues but the host responded immediately and everything was resolved quickly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfort

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept on, while in a rental for sometime. I have a bad back and the bed was awesome. The unit is close to the pool. The unit is close to the highway, but we were not disturbed by the sound of traffic. We definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay at David’s condo. It is actually nicer than photos shown. The condo was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer are a bonus as they are newer and front loaders. We were worried about road noise but it was never a problem. David was very quick to respond when contacted. The condo is located a bit of a distance from the beach (.36 mile to be exact) so if walking is a problem you may want to consider this. 3 restaurants directly across the street (The Seafood Kitchen was our favorite) and Winn Dixie and Publix are 1 mile. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in STA. Thanks David!

Call the Exterminator

Everything was good ( location, accommodations, etc.) with the exception of the spiders and cockroaches. I live in Florida - the bugs can be on another level. I would advise the cleaning team to knock down the spiders around the exterior door and overhead light prior to the next booked guest(s) entering the condo. In addition to taking care of the spiders around “every” door jam inside the condo. As for the cockroaches - they were revolting. We packed up and left!
