Located 6 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks from the lively restaurant and bar district, you can easily and safely walk to either, but you`ll be tucked just far enough away to not be disturbed by the street noise. The home features a spacious primary bedroom suite located on the opposite side of the house from the three additional bedrooms — offering exceptional privacy for couples or remote workers. The primary bedroom includes a stand-up desk and ample space to work comfortably, making it ideal for extended stays, work-from-home guests, or anyone who wants a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

The primary suite with a king bed is very spacious with a 55” Smart TV along with a desk and large LED makeup mirror as well as a futon. One bedroom has a 55” Smart TV and a queen bed. The 2nd queen bedroom has a small desk and LED makeup mirror. The twin bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle to sleep 2. The living room/dining room has a dining table for 6, separate bar area for 2 and a 65” smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and coffee bar is located just off of the living room/dining room. Powerful blender provided for your favorite frozen drinks. Have your meals outside on the covered patio for al fresco dining or grill out your fresh catch from your fishing excursion. A pack n play and high chair for a baby or small child is in the closet by the front door. Perfect for a family. Quiet neighborhood that is close enough to bike or walk to the nearby restaurants, bars and beaches or drive if you prefer.

A level 2 Electric Vehicle charging station is set up at the back of the house behind the security of the back gate.

Washer and Dryer are on site and free to use.

Beach Access can be found 6 blocks east of the property. (1 minute drive or 10 minute walk)

Interaction will be on a need be basis. We are local, but want to respect your privacy and your vacation time.

5.3 miles to the Mayo clinic. Less than a mile to Margaritaville. When not relaxing on the beach, several golf courses are nearby.
