288 sqft of cozy living!! This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Tiny living with everything you need in the heart of Lafayette. Have your own space and enjoy your morning coffee on the front courtyard or experience a stay with these other amenities. Located right off the Mardi Gras parade and moments from the Cajundome.

Walk through the gates to be greeting by the beautiful and serene courtyard area where you can relax and unwind. Watch and listen to the soft sounds of water fountain. There are multiple places to sit and enjoy your time here. You will love the inside just as much as the outside. Walking into the open living area/kitchen with huge bay windows will take your breath away. Add modern design and gorgeous decor and you won`t want to leave. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer so that anyone can make this a long stay if needed. The bathroom is cozy and has a stand up shower with a good size closet area. Last but not least in the back right corner of the home you will find the most comfortable queen bed. This space may be tiny buts its huge in amenities. Make this your next stay!



Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there`s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! It`s likely you won`t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I`ll be quick to respond.

Beautiful tiny house, perfect for a solo guest : clean, furnished and decorated with care and taste, well located.The only improvement I could suggest would be to replace the old AC unit with a new generation unit that is much quieter.

Lafayette tiny house

House was mostly as advertised although it could be improved by some outside cleaning, (tough to keep up w/all that debris that rains down from the big live oak trees around the house). The inside was perfect for 2 of us and we used the freezer to keep some of our Cajun food favorites frozen so we could transport them home. We noted a few items that needed attention, burned out lightbulbs and an extra blanket for the cold nights when we were there and the host responded promptly. The location was excellent; close to nearly everything in Lafayette w/out the traffic congestion seen in many parts of town.

Exactly as advertised.

Stayed for seven nights without issue. Labels were in place to help make sense of switches / locate anything. Check-in and checkout were easy. I'll be back again when travelling alone.

Quaint Home in Perfect Location

The house was perfect for myself, or, if you are traveling for two people. Beautiful, quiet street close to downtown and River Ranch area. It had all amenities you would need and a nice front porch to relax on in the evening under a gorgeous oak tree. I recently started work in Lafayette and stayed here while looking for a long term rental. The communication was excellent, and they were very accommodating when I had to change my reservation a week early. Thank you again! Highly recommend!

Cutest tiny home ever!

Hands down the best tiny home ever. It was located perfectly in town and allowed some good R&R for for myself and my wife. Neighborhood was very well kept and we felt completely safe. Private and secure entry. Thank you for having us.

Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, easy to find and easy to come and go as we pleased. The central city location was perfect and in walking distance of our favorite hangouts! Charming, artistic and architecturally pleasing. We loved sitting on the front porch gazing at the mystical live oak at the end of our driveway. I highly recommend this for a couples retreat or a longer stay if needed!
