Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, updated unit. But needs more seating, some rugs, more mirrors other than the bathroom. More patio chairs. It was very basic. We all would have preferred more comfy and cozy. But it's a beautiful location and the management is amazing.

Very nice Location and close to the beach. Sliding glass door was kind of a nuisance. The ceiling sweat in the living room a little, but it wasn’t too bad. Two of the four bedroom beds were really not very good at all. One in particular needs to be completely thrown out and a new one put in. but overall, it’s a nice place.

Our host, Brooks and Shorey, was wonderful! Excellent communication throughout the process. The house was excellent! Clean, bright, welcoming with some new renovations. And, the view of the Gulf in our deck was spectacular!

We weren’t sure about a high rise condo, but our worries were unfounded this place was great! Ocean views were beautiful, close to good food and music.

Amazing short stay

This place is amazing. It was the perfect end to our road trip. It was a great location, clean and tidy. Although it doesnt look it, but it has an amazing shower!! We definitely wished we had longer than 4 nights so we'll definitely be back.

CBH-A in Fort Walton Beach

Good location in an older unit, right on the beach. Could use some upgrades but it was adequate for our group. The bonus golf and tours were a nice add-on. Parking space was good. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

The outside rinse off shower area needs to be cleaned up (stickers in the grass, more space) but it gets the job done.

Coconut house beach

Everything was good except 1 TV wasn't able to connect to WIFI, which wasn't a huge problem for us bc my family is close the members in that room only slept once they were in the bed.

Family beach trip!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect size for our large group. And dont even get me started on the view! The beach had to be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The instructions and communication from the host was very clear. 100/10 would come back in a heartbeat. clear

Snow on the beach but still had a great time

No complaints from us other than the tubs could use some anti slip pads, my wife fell twice in the shower. But the view the location an the size an looks of it for the price can't be beat. Planning on another visit soon.
