Ricardo and staff were great the entire time of our stay. We felt comfortable the whole trip and couldn’t ask for anything better. Highly recommend staying here

The property was well appointed and provided a lot of space for the eight people in our party. Ricardo was amazing with communicating everything that we requested or needed prior to our arrival and coordinating excursions and transportation. Hands down the best part of this property was Marlen and Eylin!!! They prepared wonderful meals and provided superb service each day maintaining the property. They were extremely friendly and social. By the end of our stay they truly felt like family.

The Birbin’s in Tamarindo

Although the weather was unusually wet on the front end, we had a great stay utilizing the entire property and all it’s features…cards and stogies under the pergola, family movie night in the theater and numerous hours laying in the sun and dipping in the pool. We also took full advantage of Hacienda Pinilla with its golf course, beach club and Marriott resort. Finally big thanks to Ricardo for being a wonderful host and concierge, along with Mildred and Celine for their tremendous meals and house keeping!Thank you, Happy New Year and Pura Vida!

Incredible

Ricardo is THE BESTHe helped us with planning for our whole trip and was so accommodating to everything we asked for. He went above and beyond helping us celebrate a special birthday and made sure our stay was the absolute best. We would highly recommend staying here. Location is so private and beautiful. The roads leading up to the community are not paved so it takes a bit of extra time to get to the property than you may expect so we hired drivers for all activities and it worked out great. We would hands down stay again and can’t wait to return.

AMAZING

This stay was amazing. Ricardo was the host that was available for everything we needed, before during and after. We all could not believe how responsive he was and helpful. The house was amazing. Pool was even better than the photos. Karla and kathia were the main workers that cooked and clean. They were also amazing. We loved the food. Everyone was so friendly and I would 10/10 recommend this stay to any group of people. The excursions were planned with Ricardo which were also amazing. I would recommend renting the gas golf carts over Electric… they were great to go to the bach and back.

Relaxation in Costa Rica

Our group of 10 enjoyed the property. Plenty of room for us to spread out, enjoy the pool, outdoor dining space and entire house. Ricardo did a wonderful job answering every question pre-trip, and the ladies provided a beautiful breakfast every day. Property is located in a gated, safe, secure area, with plenty of amenities at the Beach Club and Marriott. A golf cart or rental car is a must! As nice as the property is, it could benefit from maintenance and upkeep - broken lounge chair, faulty kitchen sink faucet, gas grill issues, hair dryers that don’t work, etc. However, overall a very enjoyable trip!

Amazing trip to Tamarindo

The property was clean, in a great neighborhood and right on the golf course. It was perfect for a number of couples with a bathroom in each of the bedrooms. Even more amazing than the property, however, were Ricardo and Celena. The host, Ricardo made contact with us well before the trip to give suggestions of potential excursions and creat a plan for our time there. Every one of his recommendations was top notch, creating a multitude of memories for our family and friends. He arranged transportation for each excursion with communication about who would be picking us up and their credentials. If there were any needs, he was quick to tend them and just truly was a remarkable human being. Celena was also amazing, cooking daily meals, tending to preferences and even made last minute arrangements to get a birthday cake for a celebration which was not an easy undertaking. She was kind and attentive and I cannot imagine the experience being the same without her! This truly was a once in a lifetime experience!
