UNE COUPE DE "VIEILLE FLORIDE" PARMI LES CHÊNES DE GRAND-PÈRE.

Une promenade sinueuse à travers 5 hectares de flore tropicale, de grands chênes drapés de mousse espagnole et le son apaisant de l'eau tombant dans un étang alimenté par une source sont quelques premières impressions de ce lieu magique de disparition de la «vieille Floride». La maison rappelle une maison de plantation coloniale française, joliment aménagée avec du rotin et des meubles Tommy Bahama. Une piscine et un jacuzzi relaxant sont aussi rafraîchissants que la nature qui vous entoure. Terminez la journée en nageant avec les doux lamantins dans les sources de la rivière Crystal…. Ou vous voudrez peut-être passer la journée sur les plages du Golfe à proximité ou pêcher dans les nombreuses voies navigables. Cette zone est nommée à juste titre «La côte de la nature» pour les nombreuses rencontres avec la nature qu'elle offre. Beaucoup de jardins de fleurs et de fougères sont sur la propriété ainsi que des agrumes en saison. Les fruits de mer frais abondants sont un pilier ici, soit pris par vous ou dans l'un des nombreux restaurants raffinés. Détendez-vous le soir assis sur le porche et en écoutant les sons tropicaux de la nature… imaginez-vous dans l'endroit le plus exotique du monde.

The property was beautiful! It was far away from others but still close to everything. The house was beautiful. We loved the pool and the hot tub. We are hoping to stay there again next summer!

This is a great place to stay. Well appointed, had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to all of our questions. Loved starting out each morning with coffee on the screened deck and finishing each evening on the deck in the hot tub! Rooms were spacious and linens were nice. Our only downside feedback we would offer, is the kitchen can be quite dark in the evening when cooking. The light doesn’t work above the stove, so your back is to the lighting. Brighter bulbs in kitchen would be better.We loved our stay.Thank you

A little piece of paradise

Family trip to enjoy fun in the sun, including downtime at the house as well as outings to hike, see manatees, visit beaches and more. Great for up to three couples or a family trip. Clean, spacious place with updated amenities but an “old Florida” feel. We highly recommend it!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this super comfortable home. The grounds are just beautiful. The hot tub and pool inside the screened enclosure were my favorite aspects of this home away from home.

Fantastic Property and Host

I recently booked this property for a work trip, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Maria was so helpful and welcoming, she even had baked treats for us when we arrived. The property is one of the more unique ones I have stayed at, and was a great home base to come back to every night. We will be staying here if we are back in the area in the future!

Great for a relaxing weekend

Great house! So clean and quaint. Attention to detail was wonderful. Incredibly full kitchen, plenty of towels, plates, soap, etc. Very close to the docks. Great screened porch and quiet atmosphere. Fans work great and so does the air con! Hostess was super helpful and kind. We’ll be returning!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! Our girls loved fishing in the pond as well as swimming in the pool and hot tub! The property was so cool and we literally felt like we were away from everything. The kitchen was well stocked! We enjoyed the springs nearby and grilling out our fresh catch from our fishing trip. Would return if we are ever back in the area. Maria was also super helpful and always available if we needed her.

Peace at its best

We spent 3 days here and its was amazing. The place is beautiful and you are away from all the noise and craziness of the city. Maria is the caretaker and lives inside but you never see her after checking in. We will definitely come back.

Great Place

Beautiful place on a large lot. No like the "cookie cutter " houses we usually rent that are all the same. This one was unique. Less than 10 minutes to a beautiful beach. Maria the host was extremely helpful, there when we arrived and when we needed something she was there in minutes !!
