My family and I had a great time for our 3 night stay! Our VRBO was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, ( by everyone’s standards) plush towels, and a wonderful porch to sit back and enjoy the scenic water view! A great location too, explore Jamestown/ Newport and Providence. Train noise was not a problem! The Host was extremely responsive, although we hardly contacted since everything was in order. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this lovely house with a beautiful water view for an annual weekend with long time girlfriends. The house was clean and spacious and close by to all of the restaurants in East Greenwich as well as Providence where we did a food tour. Loved the long island table off the kitchen area with many seats and was great for gathering. Definitely consider renting this house.

Not much inventory in this area, we tried to book a different house but that host canceled the listing because it wasn't available. We ended up at this property and it was an excellent experience. The house was private, has a wonderful back yard. There are kayaks available for use. The bees were very comfortable and the knives were sharp! Highly recommended!

Nice location and the house was very clean and tidy. Rooms were a little too small, shower in main bedroom was way too small but overall a nice place.A lil too expensive for off season.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boat House. It was a great location and allowed us to travel around and see the sights. Ken was very responsive when we contacted him with an issue. Its a wonderful house in a beautiful area of Rhode Island.

This location is perfect for accessing everything you want in a RI vacation within an hour or less- Providence, the beaches, Newport, Block Island ferry, and the more rural western part of the state. It is walking distance or a 3 min drive to lots of great restaurants and water access points. Owners did a great job of maintaining a classic 20th century New England coastal house appearance while adding all the modern conveniences. The view from front windows and porches is amazing.

Absolutely loved this adorable home! Plenty of room for our family and the walk down to the point is perfect. Plus the historic Main Street had everything you’d want! Would love to visit again!

Wonderful House

The view of the bay was amazing! The house was amazing! Location was perfect for our day trips to Providence, Roger Williams Zoo, Warwick, North Kingston and Narragansett! Will definitely consider renting again.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The house was so clean and comfy and very easy to get in and out of. The neighborhood was very New England and lovely. We will definitely be booking it again !

Great spot in East Greenwich

Really nice house and location. Views from the home are better than the pics suggest. Great launching point for this lovely part of Rhode Island, with tons of things to do and places to eat and drink nearby. Very nice and attentive hosts.

Hospitality Defined

Beautiful property!! The hosts attention to every detail made us feel pampered and relaxed. We loved sitting on the porch and taking in the amazing view of the bay. We will definitely keep as a favorite for our trips to RI.
