A beach beauty, this exceptional upper unit is beaming with Balboa beach charm!

Prior to check-in time, we called the guest to inform him that the AC in the upper unit they rented was in ill-repair due to the unprecedented heat wave and that we arranged to move them to the lower unit. The downstairs unit was more spacious, as it included an additional bedroom and bathroom, and guest reviews have noted the ocean views and easy access to the beach from the front patio. Most importantly, the location was cooled while we serviced the AC. This guest was upgraded to a more valuable unit at no extra cost. After they moved upstairs, the guest notified us that there was an ant issue. Understandably, he texted the owner’s personal cell phone, as she used it to contact him about the move. Our team utilizes a centralized management office to handle all service requests, which she then advised him to contact for support and assistance. She informed staff of the pest issue from her end to ensure it was addressed accordingly. We sent our inspection team over to get their eyes on the infestation and set ant traps in every room. After that, we sent a cleaning crew to thoroughly wipe down counters and mop all floor surfaces. Later, the guest informed us that the ants were still an issue, to which we sent a team member to address it once more. We did everything we possibly could to rectify the unfortunate infestation brought on by the weather conditions.
