Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is fully equipped & tastefully appointed with everything you will need to relax on your vacation in paradise! Close to shopping, restaurants, nightly entertainment, golf courses, beaches, marinas, boat ramps and much, much more! Sunsplash Family Waterpark is only 5 minutes away. Beaches are 15 minutes to an hour away depending on which beach you go to. Open the triple glass sliding doors in the great room and access your outdoor living space where you will find the outdoor kitchen complete with Blackstone flat top and normal grills. There is plenty of outdoor relaxation space to sit and enjoy as you swim in the heated pool, chill in the spa, watch tv, or shoot a game of pool with friends. The child pool safety fence is located in the garage and is super easy to set up.

OUTDOOR LIVING – Cabana themed fully screened in lanai with led surround lighting at night. Equipped with FULL outdoor kitchen, Blackstone Flat top grill, Gas Grill, beverage cooler, 2 bars, dining table, patio sofa set, pool loungers, heated salt water pool with night lights, pool floats, spa, blue tooth enabled stereo, 50 inch TV, and pool table. Easy access to full size pool bath. Pool safety gate, floats, toys and towels provided. Pool heated to 85.

BEDROOMS – Linens, smart tv(s), ceiling fans, large closets.

KITCHEN – Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, 12c coffee maker, Keurig, blender, crockpot, 4 slice toaster, glass and plastic place settings, drinkware, grill utensils, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, etc.

INDOOR LIVING – Dining room table, breakfast table, counter bar seating (4), 60 inch TV, washer, dryer, iron board, iron, ceiling fans, WiFi, central a/c.

BATHROOMS (3 Full) – towels, make up wash clothes, large walk in showers, and hair dryers in each. (1) Shower stool usable in any bath.

GARAGE – (4) beach chairs, beach umbrellas, large cooler, beach wagon, beach blanket, pool safety gate, pack and play, 2 car garage, large driveway.

POLICIES –
• SMOKING - ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside the home or the screened room. Smoking outside permitted. Extra clean up fee will apply if area is not "butt" free upon check out.
• POOL - NO Diving in pool area. Safety Gate, located on rack in garage, must be used when
staying with children under 16 years of age.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• Must be 25 to book
• Photo ID required
• Pets – dogs under 20 lbs permitted with damage security deposit. Additional cleaning fee of $50 will apply.

SECURITY CAMERAS – there are 6 cameras on this property. 1 in the front facing the front door, 1 on the garage facing the drive, and 2 on each side of the house pointed down the side of the home. Cameras are focused on the exterior and outside areas. For your privacy, there is no camera pointing into the screened area or inside of the home.
