This is a private single-family 4-story 2400 sq ft home. Our home is perfect for families or groups of friends who want an unique and luxury experience.

For your entertainment, we include Netflix, HBO, Disney, Hulu, ESPN, Paramount, Peacock, and Discovery. There are board games and video game systems for your use.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils needed, large center island, and dining table. Our refrigerator is connected to a reverse osmosis purifier for bottled quality drinking water.

Centrally located in Montrose, close to attractions and landmarks such as the zoo and aquarium, Museum District, the stadiums, and Downtown Houston.

All bedrooms include high thread count sheets and bathrooms include soft luxurious towel sets.

1st Bedroom: located on the 1st Floor with a King bed with a connected ensuite with a spacious shower and walk-in closet.

Master Bedroom: located on the 3rd Floor with a King bed and a luxurious spa-like shower and soak-in bath, as well as a projector for a theater experience and a walk-in closet.

3rd Bedroom: located on the 3rd Floor with a Queen bed and connected bathroom with a shower/tub.

Guest access
Guest has access to entire home except for certain areas that are locked such as garage and storage closets.

Other things to note
The guest booking must be 25 or older

No parties or events are allowed due to the home being in a quiet neighborhood.

Note that 2 of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.
