Front de mer, unité d'extrémité au 4ème étage qui offre des vues spectaculaires sur les plus belles plages de sable blanc de la côte du golfe. Spacieux et récemment rénové, 2 nouvelles salles de bains, nouvelle cuisine, nouvelle tuile et tapis, meubles de patio, peinture fraîche et plus !! , ce condo de 1450 pieds carrés est «entièrement» équipé de tous les «extras» pour des vacances mémorables .

* Accédez au 30 pieds. balcon, de la chambre principale et du salon.
* Pas besoin de transporter ou d'acheter des chaises de plage (4), des serviettes de plage (6) ou des jouets de plage; le propriétaire a fourni ceux-ci pour votre plaisir.
* La cuisine est bien équipée pour «dîner» avec tout ce dont le chef pourrait avoir besoin pour préparer n'importe quel repas. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, un mélangeur pour mélanger ces boissons de plage congelées et une cafetière de style tasse K.
* La chambre principale a un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat 32 '(câble), un lecteur DVD et des rideaux si vous voulez dormir un peu tard.
* La deuxième chambre a 2 lits queen, TV écran plat 32 ', lecteur dvd et console de jeux Wii.
* Salle de lavage séparée avec laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et planche et fer à repasser.
* Le salon a un canapé-lit queen-size, une causeuse, 2 bascules pivotantes, un écran plat de 42 '(Smart TV avec Netflix et Pandora) (câble), un lecteur Blue Ray / DVD.
* La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 et 2 autres au bar.
* Internet sans fil gratuit dans cet appareil ... alors apportez votre ordinateur portable ou votre ordinateur portable. Machine d'impression / copie / numérisation couleur dans l'unité .
* Communauté fermée avec beaucoup de stationnement, même si vous apportez un camping-car ou un bateau.

I wish I could give this property even more stars. It is super clean, nicely furnished with all the conveniences one could think of, has super responsive owners, and as a bonus comes with a complimentary beach chair set-up.

Beautiful vacation time!

Very nice condo. Everything you might need and more! The view is beautiful and the location is great too! We had a wonderful time relaxing on the beach with chairs and umbrella provided. The balcony is spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

Amazing place to stay!

This property was amazing! The bedrooms were large, the views were beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were all the pool/beach toys, chairs and towels needed to have a great day on the beach. The owner was very friendly and communicated often. We will for sure stay here on our next trip to Destin! Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Perfect Condo!

Our stay at this condo was fabulous. Hands down, the best equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in. The location was great…view of the ocean was perfect …and communication with the owner was great. We definitely will book there again.

Sept. 2020 Loved this condo, it was a true beacfront property! Great location, stunning views, the condo had everything we needed, the owner was awsome, checking in with us when the weather got hairy !! We will definitely go back!!

Spacious condo and private beach!

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved having a private beach and so convenient with chairs/umbrellas set up daily. We will be back!

Anniversay 2022

This condo was one of the better condos we've stayed in. The location was perfect, it was very clean and the pool was great!! The condo owner is very nice and was a pleasure to work with.
