This contemporary gem features 5th floor, panoramic views of the south end of the island, overlooking both the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay from your private balcony! Gulfview II is a small resort district complex and right next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. Combine this condo with several others in Gulfview I & II to accommodate groups as large as 60!

For a couple looking for a special retreat or a family of four, this professionally decorated studio condominium provides an economical way to enjoy all that South Padre Island condo rentals have to offer. Take a short walk through the grounds to the beach (just minutes away) or to a fun family day at the waterpark next door. Enjoy the great pool and hot tub area that Gulfview II offers or hop on the Island Metro, South Padre Island's free bus transportation, to go anywhere on the island. Either way you won't be disappointed!

This studio condo is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style with newer upgrades all throughout. The kitchen features a large island that serves as dining space and is fully equipped (except for a dishwasher) for cooking in, but there are also picnic tables and BBQ grills poolside if you prefer to enjoy your meal al fresco. If, however, you wish to dine out every night, you are only minutes away from the entertainment and dining venues that South Padre Island offers.

This studio was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View for Space X launches was awesome. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Only downside was you have to pick up/drop off keys at office which is not on-site.

Everything I needed and more!

I can't say enough about this beautiful studio apartment. I came down on my own and stayed for 2 and a 1/2 weeks. There are views of the Gulf and the shipping channel right from the comfort of my couch. The studio had everything I needed and more. The property manager was responsive and helpful with all my questions. Will definitely be back next year!!!!

Direct views of SpaceX launch sitesize and well located to beach and other amenities

I came for the starship launch and got a direct view of it from this condo and balcony being up high on the 5th floor. All you could want from a studio size condo. Good walkable location to the beach and other amenities. Older building but everything works and is comfortable for 2 people. Good value for the money compared to some of the other complexes near by.

A bit smaller than expected

This is an efficiency unit, with a murphy bed and couches. Almost no room for your luggage, no closet area, we kept our suitcases on the floor. Bring your own linen if you plan on using the couches to sleep. They provided one fitted & one flat sheet, we had to use towels to cover our children. The murphy be was not comfortable, it was the quality of a pull out sofa. My husband & I kept sinking to the middle of the bed. I tried swapping sleeping arrangements with my children, as the couches were more comfortable than the bed. Some of the blinds were missing, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, the screen blind by the window would not go up. The location and are were fine, nothing awful. The beach access is a bit out of the way, about 1/4 walk (walkway next to Holiday Inn). It seemed like we were trespassing onto the Holiday Inn property just to access the beach, but we were not. The elevator is in the middle of the complex and it is fast, but only one elevator for the entire building. They have red (Target looking) shopping carts to help you carry your luggage. Everything worked fine. Ice cubes in the freezer, full size fridge. AC worked fine, fans helped. Bring extra toilet paper & paper towels, as they only provide one of each, for your entire stay.

Toilet Paper War

Awesome place that had everything we needed with stunning views of the gulf , Schlitterbon and the bay ! Very clean property with all the amenities just needed toilet paper . One roll of toilet paper per a whole weekend and two adults isn’t gonna cut it. Vrbo charges so many fees along with a Humongous cleaning fee the least you as a property management company can do is have more than a roll of toilet paper for a 3 night 4 day stay . It’s unacceptable. Also there was dish washing detergent but no sponge or something to wash dishes with . Other than these two issues we had a beautiful stay with a beautiful property management company running this unit . Everyone was quite pleasant and professional we would absolutely stay again !
