Perfect floating getaway for couples. All the comforts of home on this 12x40 floating retreat.
Located in Boat Tree Marina which has boat rentals, eating options and free parking.
Relax on our private deck and watch the boats idle by and see the occasional alligator or manatee. Lots of turtles too!
Fully stocked kitchen with cook top, oven/microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator.
Beautiful large bathroom with residential type fixtures and a walk-in tile shower!!
Free public parking close to dock.
-Cabana Live Bar and Grill is far enough that the music won't bother you but close enough for an easy walk. It also has a free swimming pool for patrons and HUGE big screen TV's surrounding the pool area with fabulous food for lunch and dinner.
-Connie's Deli is also within the marina and offers wonderful breakfast and lunch.
5 minute drive to Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Center.
10 minute drive to historic downtown Sanford.
18 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport (SFB)
25 minute drive to historic downtown Deland.

Work Trip

The view and atmosphere are great. Locals are friendly and breakfast, lunch and dinner are all just steps away! The host is amazing and I highly recommend this listing if you are in the area.

After a few initial issues, Jay was able to help with resolving some, soap and water took care of others. Very happy with our stay, we'll definitely be back!

Unique and Lovely

While the property was unique and beautifully appointed, I was under the impression we would be in walking distance to Riverwalk
well, wrong marina. We enjoyed the turtles and gator in the evening, and Connie’s Deli for breakfast but the nightly loud music from the venue next door and the traffic noise from the highway made it less than my hoped-for tranquil stay.

Awesome houseboat

Our stay at the marina on the Floating Boathouse was amazing. The boat was beautifully appointed and very clean!! Easy entry and great communication with the host. The boat had everything we needed. An adult group went as our friends stayed on other boats in the marina, but ours was amazing!! Will definitely book this again..

Amazing time with wonderful wild nature on the water

We stayed for two nights and had an amazing stay. Easy instructions to find the location as well as entry into the boathouse. Everything was clean and bright. We had a wonderful stay.Great sleep woke up demanateese, alligators, turtles and a variety of fish. We loved the back porch to sit and relax and watch the boats. We would definitely come back for another stay or one of their other properties listed in the welcome manual that was on the counter when you arrive.

Excellent Stay

The property is exactly as it shows in the listing. Its new and modern with all the comforts of a...non-floating home. The view out over the water from the rear deck is the best part as expected. The owner was extremely responsive to my many questions. I look forward to staying here again.

Amazing place to stay. Just the right size for a couple. Great location, a lot of things to do close by. Two places to eat right within the marina. Host was excellent quickly responding to every message I sent him. Would definitely recommend!

Cozy with natural beauty

Very cool cozy "tiny home" in a friendly marina with tons of natural beauty. Loved sitting on the little patio. We saw turtles and birds. One gator hung out behind the house. Off the beaten path but good road access to the area -- we had people to visit in Sanford and DeBary and this spot was right in the middle. Nice to have two dining spots within the marina. The shower was awesome!!! FYI there is no closet in the property. Washer/dryer combo was handy.
