Absolutely stunning location right on Tropic of Cancer beach! And every possible thing you might need to enjoy the beach and water - large deck, multiple beach chairs, recliners, table, water tubes, outdoor shower, etc 
 and that unbelievable view from the master bedroom of the turquoise water and best beach I’ve ever seen. Jeanne, the host, is very responsive and communicates well, and Al, who takes care of the property is equally as responsive and wonderful. I just hope this is still available in the coming years to rent as well! Highly recommend

Jeanne’s property was excellent. Stayed for 4 nights. Beach was beautiful and as advertised. Al the caretaker was excellent and very helpful. Hope to make it to Exuma again

Escape to paradise!

Smee’s Last resort is incredible! The views are breathtaking! Al is wonderful and so helpful! We had an amazing adventure and we will definitely be back!

WOW!

Amazing views, wonderful property and everything you need to relax on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The local property manager Al was super responsive as was the owner, and the house was well taken care of!

Excellent Location!

The house was a true beachfront cottage, very inviting and cozy! Al was very nice and extremely helpful as we had an issue with the water the first night and he replaced the pump and even called later in the evening to make sure that all was good. We were a family of seven and would all love to stay there again on a future visit. Beautiful views from inside the house ,the porch and the beachfront deck!

Great house and fantastic location

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay away from the crowds on the most beautiful beach in the world, this is the place for you. At Smees Last Resort, you are right on the beach but only a short walk to Brea's Delights. We were here with the whole family and it was great for everyone. Definitely recommended and will definitely be back.

Pure Happiness

This property is absolute paradise. I have been to Exuma 6 times now. This house is perfect for a family, or even for a romantic getaway with your partner. The owner and property manager was great, and easy to work with. Literally walk out the back door, and your on the most beautiful beach in the world. Highly recommend this home.

Smee’s Last Resort

Property was just what we were looking for
on a beautiful beach, very relaxing! We didn’t find many restaurants we liked in the area, plus we didn’t want to leave the perfect view, so we stopped at the Exuma market in Georgetown for groceries. We found everything we needed to cook our meals in the well appointed kitchen, including a new gas grill. The drinking water provided was so appreciated. Plenty of chairs to lounge on the beautiful deck and they provided 2 kayaks to explore.

Anniversary Bliss

We stayed ten days at Smee's Last Resort at the quiet end of the Tropic of Cancer Beach. The house was wonderful! We had everything we needed to cook and grill. The entire experience was so easy from start to finish. The manager greeted us when we came for check in. He showed us around and answered all of our questions. We sincerely enjoyed the sun, the kayaks and walking on the beach early each morning. Between Santana's, Brea's Bar and Grill and Mama's Bakery there was little reason to drive to town. We will be back to enjoy this very special place!!!

Beautiful blues

Smee's Last Resort is nestled in the bluest paradise and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It fit our family of 7 perfectly. The master bedroom provides an amazing view of the water...and the starriest sky at night. I enjoyed my coffee every morning while walking the Tropic of Cancer beach. The family used the kayaks and snorkels and Smee's has a large dining room table for meals and card games. Our teenage daughters were pleasantly surprised to find everything they needed to bake...so most nights ended with a cookie or brownie. Al and Karleen took great care of our family in checking us in and showing us the home. Host Jeanne was quick to respond, friendly and we are very thankful to have stayed in this beautiful home. Thank you Jeanne! We hope to be back soon!
