Perfect home for a family vacation

we really enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. It is pretty close to the beaches and variety of shopping plazas nearby. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great location, house had great decor and good AC. Only thing we needed was stronger water pressure better cooking pans.

Very nice. Very clean and supplied with all you need to enjoy your stay. We especially enjoyed the outside patio area in the evenings. Also having a fenced yard for our dog was a bonus

March in Venice

Our place was a nice little 2 bed/2bath home in S. Venice. The owners were very nice and communicated well and accomodated our staying an extra 2 days past Easter Sunday. a nice quiet area convenient to everything. We had no problems with the house and enjoyed s wonderful month beaching, golfing, shopping and visiting local relatives.

Beautiful home! Hostess both timely and cordial!

The hostess, Maggie, is admirably efficient and all of my somewhat numerous inquiries were satisfied in a timely manner. I had many questions, ran into a travel glitch, and Maggie was checking in and got back to me within hours. The home is recently remodeled and in a great location. I can easily recommend this home without reservation!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time staying here for 6 weeks.. Venice is a lovely location too. We are coming back next year to this property for 2 months!! The house was as promised, very clean, and Maggie and Kyle were very responsive to any questions. Our pet (dog) loved the backyard and the dog beach park was only about 13 mins. away... We found good restaurants and it seems like almost everything is only 15 mins or less away. It was a great first "snow bird" experience...

Beautiful Home

The home was clean and nicely decorated in a tasteful (not tacky) beach theme. Due to the hurricanes, parts of the fence were missing. It would have been appreciated if that detail had been conveyed to us since we arrived after dark. The bed was comfortable, but had no top sheets. Just a fitted sheet and comforter. Overall a very nice stay.

2 weeks in Venice

This is just the cutest, cleanest, thoughtfully decorated place, and presents exactly as advertised and photographed! The bed(s) and linens are super comfy. The hosts Maggie and Kyle are so helpful and ALWAYS available. No wait for an answer to any question ever! The neighborhood is so quiet, the outdoor patio and fire pit were highlights for us. The locations is deal for seeing so many of the areas highlights and getting to many beaches. We will definitely plan on staying here again! Thx to you both! LOVED IT.

Wonderful home and owner

The home and outside were beautiful and in great location. Just about everything we needed was at our fingertips. We went to see our son and his family for our granddaughter's first birthday, and we only had to drive 6 minutes to get them. This was my mom's first trip in some quite some time. The master bedroom is where she stayed, and she said she hasn't slept that good in a very long time. The owners are absolutely amazing and easy to deal with. Communication was top notch with Maggie and Kyle. We would definitely stay there again if the need arises.
