Le Cooper est un bungalow indépendant situé à quelques pâtés de maisons de West River Parkway, à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Minneapolis et de Saint Paul. Le rez-de-chaussée de cette charmante maison est doté de beaux parquets en bois massif : un salon baigné de soleil avec une cheminée à gaz, une salle à manger spacieuse, une cuisine bien équipée, deux charmantes chambres et une salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Au niveau inférieur, vous trouverez un salon multimédia/familial accueillant équipé d’une télévision de 55 pouces avec barre de son, ainsi qu’une buanderie. Idéalement situé, à proximité de tout. C’est un endroit formidable, dans un quartier calme, et j’adore vivre ici depuis 20 ans !

This is a great house with a handy location, near restaurants and coffee shops 2 blocks away on Lake Street and close to walking along river road. Spacious house, very clean and well decorated. Washer and dryer. Handy parking. Firm mattresses. Great kitchen. Great communication. We will gladly stay again.

Cooper House is just as pictured and a lovely place to stay. Nice quiet neighborhood and great location that makes it easy to get around Minneapolis and St Paul. This is our 2nd stay here and plan to come back again. I have nothing but positive feedback for our experience. Thanks for being a great host, Beck.

This home was the perfect home base for our family of four during a long weekend getaway. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for all of us. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook all meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our kids especially enjoyed the cute enclosed backyard and the newly redone playground across the street. The host was easy to get a hold of and welcoming to our family. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Bec's place was perfect for our needs. A couple of blocks from our house, quiet corner and Bec is in the side of the duplex right next door if you need anything. The house came stocked with some basic condiments, half and half, coffee and tea - so we were ready to go. It's very cute and comfortable with a nice downstairs TV room that we never ended up using. There's Longfellow Grill, Turtle Bread and Loon's coffee within walking distance and a wonderful shop called Corazon. The house does creak a lot, so no sneaking around, but given it's age, no surprise there. All the appliances and bathroom worked great. I'll be using this house again when I need to host extra visitors!

Lovely home, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, kitchen with all essentials. Loved having the fireplace, so cozy on the cold evenings spent watching the snow fall. Great basement room with big TV for family viewing. We loved the location, walked to coffee shops, diners, and cute shops, as well as the parkway along the River.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first time! As a really nice touch, the host added a drying rack to the laundry room, which was something I had noted in my previous review. Always nice to see someone who takes feedback into consideration!

Great Neighborhood in a prime location

This is a great place in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet only a few blocks from E. Lake Street. Downtown, the airport, the river, and the U. of Minnesota campus are all short drives away. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation at the U and it suited our needs perfectly.

The Cooper was perfect for our needs. Loved that the main living area was all on one floor as my husband has walking difficulties. Having a laundry was terrific as was the immaculate stove and refrigerator. The location was great...easy to get around. All the folks we needed to see in different directions were about 20 minutes away.
A trip to nearby Minnehaha Falls brought back many memories.
I had my brother-in-law translate the beautiful wall hanging. "I think there is a child in all of us, but we often forget to free the child to play."

The Cooper is a clean, cozy and quiet place to stay. Great location, close to Lake Street, Turtle Bread (excellent brunch location) and not far from Minnehaha Falls. The unit is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, with plenty of street parking. Good communication with host. We were in town for a family event and the tasteful bungalow suited our needs perfectly. Lots of amenities, including a clothes steamer. We will definitely stay at the Cooper for our next visit.

Perfect home for a month visit for our small family

Clean, convenient, comfortable, quiet neighborhood with easy access to twin cities activities. 2 br home with furnished basement had everything our family needed for a month long visit. Very clean everywhere and responsive owner. Former school with park across the street was perfect for romping in the park with other kids. Brand new deck with tables and chairs for enjoying summer evenings. Recommend for family visits!
