24 hour concierge. ocean view. great location near fabulous restaurants. everything within walking distance. excellent communication with the owners. Would absolutely return.

Boys' Trip

My mate and I stayed for four nights in this apartment. The beach view is partially obstructed by the roof of the restaurant. You cannot see the sand, but you can see and hear the relaxing roar of the ocean. We had an amazing time. The staff is so professional, helpful, and friendly. We felt almost like we lived there. The apartment had everything we needed. We appreciated the cleaner coming to ask us what we needed done. She respected our space and privacy when we asked. The location is unmatched. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great week!

Overall a “5”, great location on the bay in the Zona Romantica, walkable to some great food (Joe Jack’s Fish Shack on Basillo Badillo, La Palapa on the beach at this location), great roof-top pool. ATV at our with EsTigo, Sunset sail with Vallarta Adventures. Front desk assistance was super. Easy and inexpensive to get around town with Yellow Taxi’s, or be adventurous with the cheap local bus system at 10 pesos per ride. Nice enough that WHEN we return, we’ll look for availability here.

Location, Location, Location !

Had a fantastic stay at La Palapa, in the heart of Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta ! This condo is steps to the beach and just a few minutes walk from all the great restaurants in the area. Check out Coco's for breakfast, great coffee at The Coffee Cup, Panchos Takos, Cafe de Olla and of course Margarita Grill. The condo is 2 bed, 2 bath - one king with ensuite bathroom and one queen. It really feels like someone's home, which I love, not one of those Ikea decorated places. You can open up the patio doors and hear the waves and there were no bugs. The condo is ground floor, so its a little bit noisier in the queen bedroom but the bonus is you can walk out to the street or the beach without dealing with elevators. We all had great sleeps during our stay, the beds are super comfortable. Great showers and plenty of hot water too ! Everything is air conditioned and the bedrooms have great blinds so you can sleep later in the day if you want. The complex has a beautiful pool on the rooftop with lots of chairs and recliners, it looks like it was recently renovated, we spent a ton of time there enjoying the sun. Overall a great experience and would stay again. The pictures don't do it justice. Good value, spoke to a couple of owners and their places go for $50 - 100/night more. Most of the people we met were owners, very friendly and welcoming. The building is very secure with double doors to the condo and a doorman operating the entry, along with security cameras.
