Luxe récemment rénové avec une chambre principale privée (lit king size) et salle de bain, avec une demi-bain invité. La communauté dispose de deux piscines: une chauffée, un foyer, des barbecues à gaz et des tables de pique-nique, des courts de shuffleboard et un accÚs à la plage. Il y a quelque chose pour chacun!

Beautiful condo with fun decor and exceptionally clean. Host was excellent with communication. Location is ideal on a beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants nearby. Check in/out was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Annual beach stay at the Pelican

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to booking this one in the future if it’s available. A little odd with not having blinds in the main living room, but not a big deal at all. One of the best if not the best unit I have stayed in over the last 15 years.

This is such a great unit if you are looking for a good one bedroom! Very well updated and clean. Plenty of space, even at the slightly smaller size. Very nice unit!

As a Central Florida native I have grown up playing in New Smyrna Beach. I am a real estate agent and found this lovely property and purchased as an investment property in November 2016 and really just wanted a great place for my children to create vacation memories. It is so quaint and we immediately felt right at home at The Pelican. We hope that you will feel the same way and we can't wait to have you at our favorite place, "Somewhere on the Beach!"

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My favorite part is the view from the balcony. The spacious pool are is a major benefit- with one heated pool we can play year round. The BBQ area is convenient, I mean who doesn't like to cook out at the beach. The staff keeps the place immaculate and that is important to me as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I love how close it is to everything you would want to do at the beach. Oceanfront with a great view. Flagler just down the road with a plethora of restaurants to chose from, and the last Saturday of every month there is a wine walk down Flagler. Just a great little ocean town.
