Completely remodeled, the home has a 64ft lanai with daybed loungers, a fire pit, a hot tub, and a spacious 35 foot heated pool. The outdoor kitchen, gas grill, pool table, and 70-inch TV offer unparalleled entertainment. Close to the Gulf, our villa is nestled in a bustling city with shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. Experience luxury and outdoor serenity in one unforgettable escape!

Our home is filled with all the amenities you could ask for and more! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ample space for relaxation is provided. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room create a seamless flow for socializing and unwinding. Perfection from Moment One
This is our third VRBO rental and the best one yet. From the moment you walk in the door and look out through the living area to the pool and lake we knew we had found our place. The photos on this site are great, but it is even better in person. The living room was cozy and inviting. The kitchen was a great place for us to gather and had everything you could possibly need. The dining room was beautiful, but barely used as we enjoyed the kitchen bar. The beds are super comfortable from the king to the twins. One of us has decided to buy a mattress just like it for home. With 5 women in our group the 3 bathrooms was a godsend, giving us a chance for more privacy. Even though the interior was wonderful, most of our time was spent out back. We enjoyed playing pool and darts but spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated and was the perfect temperature for March. We swam, relaxed, and basked in the sun all within a bug free area. Loved sitting in the chairs on the dock, enjoying the two friendly ducks that visited us daily and the boaters and kayakers floating by. We eventually ventured out of the home to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and had a delicious meal at The Ford's Garage (best fries ever). Our host was kind, helpful, and was quick to respond to our messages. We can't wait to come back! This is truly a Spectacular Villa!
