Bienvenue au paradis! L'ÎLE ANNA MARIA est la premiĂšre des Ăźles barriĂšres situĂ©es le long de la cĂŽte du golfe de Floride. Il fait environ 7 milles de long et 1/2 mille de large. Il est connu pour ses belles plages, ses couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle et son bateau rempli de gens vraiment sympas. L'activitĂ© numĂ©ro un dans la rĂ©gion est de NE RIEN FAIRE ET SE DÉTENDRE SUR LA PLAGE.

C'est la location de vacances la plus PROPRE ET LA PLUS LUMINEUSE que vous trouverez sur l'Ăźle! Ce charmant bungalow sur la plage est la DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE d'un duplex en bord de mer. (L'unitĂ© de rez-de-chaussĂ©e de 3 chambres est disponible en tant que VRBO # 298525)

Cette maison de plage est nichĂ©e dans une rue trĂšs calme Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© nord endormie de l'Ăźle. Loin de la circulation, des foules et des touristes qui aiment faire la fĂȘte. C'est la 2EME MAISON DE LA PLAGE sans routes pour bloquer l'accĂšs. Si vous ouvrez la fenĂȘtre de votre chambre la nuit, le seul bruit sera le surf sur la plage. C'est vraiment le MEILLEUR EMPLACEMENT de l'Ăźle.

Votre porte d'entrĂ©e est Ă  moins d'une minute de l'une des plages les plus belles et isolĂ©es de Floride. Le sable est comme du SUCRE EN POUDRE. Il ne chauffe jamais Ă  vos pieds car il est composĂ© Ă  99% de quartz pur. L'eau est chaude et peu profonde. La pĂȘche est excellente. Le SANDBAR RESTAURANT est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage.

L'unitĂ© est lumineuse et lumineuse avec une multitude de fenĂȘtres. Tout a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour dans un dĂ©cor cĂŽtier avec des Ă©toiles de mer peintes Ă  la main sur les murs. Certains des principaux Ă©quipements comprennent un tĂ©lĂ©viseur haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat de 47 pouces, un systĂšme audio BOSE BLUETOOTH, un accĂšs Internet WI FI gratuit et un lit King Size Stearns & Foster (ferme).

This upper unit was perfect size and perfect quiet location on Anna Maria Island. Extremely close to the beach access with a little bit of view of the Gulf of Mexico. Stephanie is an excellent accommodating host with excellent communication. There were extra special little touches like fresh flowers, welcome bag, pet accommodations as well as a very clean unit. There are plenty of close restaurants and shopping that are easy to walk or bike to. The unit was very sound, meaning that we hardly heard anything from the lower unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything Stephanie!

Clear waters, Quite neighborhood, great place to rest and relax!Mrs. Fischer was very accommodating, especially since this trip was put off due to the hurricane’s of 2024. The Seaside Sanctuary is fantastic! Only steps away from a beautiful beach! We rented the upper level for 7 nights. It is clean, comfortable and has all you need for a wonderful beach trip. The owner is a pleasure to work with and communication with her is great! Anna Maria Island is beautiful. We highly recommend The Seaside Sanctuary.

Great place with convenient beach access

We had a great time staying here. Beach access is super convenient and it was great to have some chairs, towels, a cooler and other beach accessories included with the property. Plenty of restaurants within in a few minutes of the property.

Great location-5 stars! Really enjoyed having beach towels and kitchen supplies. My family of 4 had plenty of space and would definitely stay again! We rented beach supplies (chairs/umbrellas) but that’s pretty typical and worth it since every day was gorgeous and sunny! Clear communication made it so easy! Thanks!

Great Location at reasonable prices

Location is about as good at it gets. The place is run well and the owners were responsive to questions and communication was excellent. Tough to find flaws based on location and price. Property was well represented by the description.

Home away from home

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. It was like coming home. Soooo close to the beach. And even with storm Debbie raining on us for 2 days, it was so like home that we just relaxed into the world of rain. Bring your family! You will love it.

Perfect retreat!

We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!.

We came to Anna Maria for a family reunion. It was the perfect time of year and the perfect house. Quiet, beautiful sunsets, lovely home, just steps to the beach. We will definitely visit again. Ideal Spring Getaway

Our family couldn't have been more thrilled with the location and cleanliness of our accommodations as well as the graciousness of the owner, Stephanie. Just a few steps from the beach, you will not find a more serene spot on the island. The impeccable accommodations makes one want to redecorate their own home after a stay at this gorgeous house. This spot would be first on our list as the ideal place to stay again or to recommend to our friends.

Seaside Sanctuary was wonderful: clean, bright and cheerful, relaxing, and perfect for a beach vacation. The owners were very accomodating and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I loved the proximity to the best part of the island- the north end with the wide beach and bird sanctuary. We also enjoyed Sign of the Mermaid and The Waterfront restaurants. I would recommend it to anyone needing a getaway from it all. My only regret was that we were there for only a few days!

Beautiful property

Steps away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the dinning room window. Restaurants within walking distance . Stephanie goes beyond by having extra toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We appreciated as publix was very busy and supplies ran out the day we got there. It was a much needed relaxing vacation!
