Come enjoy the beautiful Indian River in a fully updated home on a quiet subdivision! Close to ORV/snowmobile trails - you can ride in and ride out right from the home! Large park with kids playground, ball fields, hockey rink are right out the backdoor! Many hiking trails and access to the Sturgeon River is just a short drive from the home! Burt Lake and Mullett Lake access is 5 minutes away and downtown Indian River is at your fingertips!

Newly added (May 2024) concrete patio and fire pit added to the home.

We had a great time and it was nice relaxing in our VRBO. The kitchen had nice appliances and was easy to cook in. The bathrooms were great. The shower was wonderful. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the 3 televisions! I guess the only thing was my husband suggested to turn the hot water heater down as it was hard to regulate the water. Christmas decorations were everywhere and it was nice since it is so close to Christmas. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved our stay! Hosts thought of everything! Many homey touches, lots of pillows, blankets, towels, games and fully stocked kitchen! Loved the beautiful rain fall and music shower. Great location. Best of all this place was Spotlessly Clean!!!!

Great Stay in Indian River Very comfortable, clean and well appointed home. And I am VERY picky!This is actually the first accommodations we’ve stayed at in Indian River in the last 15 years of racing where I didn’t feel the need to use my own linens or cover the furniture just to sit comfortably.I retired after selling my furnished corporate housing company in the Metro Detroit area in 2017, so I’m very familiar with how short-term rentals can take a toll on a property, and how challenging it is to maintain them.

Indian River getaway vacation

This property was perfect for a week’s stay while visiting family that was camping at nearby Burt Lake State Park. It was clean and the finishes are new and very attractive. Great appliances! Awesome bathroom! I really liked the gray vinyl flooring and coordinating decor. Even though we didn’t use the sunroom, I could picture myself spending time there in the fall looking at all the colors that are sure to be beautiful. The host was informative in expectations of us as guests. I will consider this property in the future. Top notch!

Comfortable stay!

The perfect amount of space and amenities for our family. We loved the kitchen and coffee bar! A couple issues with ants making their way into the house, but outside of that, we had a very comfortable stay.

Snowmobile guys trip

Very clean, nice and has a short distance to an access trail which was a short distance to the main trail. Beds were comfy. Linens were clean.

Very comfortable and clean. Loved the closeness of things. The bathroom shower glass doors needs some adjustment due to water getting on the floor. Great price.

Great family vacation

The house was in a great location for boating. The boat ramp was only a few miles away, which gives you access to Indian River. The house was clean and had everything you need. The host was great. The back yard was nice with a fire pit with chairs. You could eat outside with a table and chairs. Overall a great place.
