-This large second floor apartment ( fully renovated, offers a pleasant, shining, fresh and convenient permanence in the core of Tuscany). (I AM PREMIER HOST WITH MORE THAN 72 5 STARS REVIEWS FOR THE BELOW APARTMENT: https://www.vrbo.com/3877682ha?unitId=4251202).
-This larger second floor apartment has two large bed rooms (25sqmt and 15) with beds of 165x195cm(more than queen size for italian standards), a smaller third bedroom with a small double bed (145cmx195cm), two living rooms whose one with a large, new and fully equipped kitchen. The other living room is large and have a large sofa-bed, dining table and large smart monitor (Netflix, Youtube...no RAI). There are 2 independent toilette (One inside the first bedroom) and balconies-terraces with sunny and shining view. Washing and dishes machine are provided. The two balconies-terraces have also place for drying as they enjoy plenty of sunshine.
-The apartment is placed in a central and quiet zone of Montepulciano.
Very accessible and close to the historical part of Montepulciano (100mt.), the apartment is close to 2 large free and safe parking (50mt.) and bus station (100mt.), therefore very easy for luggage transportation (second floor after only 20 steps). Also, it is very close to shopping and food markets, local market (Thursday) bars and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Elias’ place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the location was great. Elias was kind, communicative and went over the top to make sure a package reached us and even came to check the water when we asked about the temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Great facility, great property owner

The place is beautiful, very close to town, and convenient parking. The property owner was in contact regularly to see if we needed anything and to offer suggestions on things to do and see. He made the stay extra special. I would love to rent from him again.

Magical Montepulciano

This spacious, spotless apartment had absolutely everything we wanted. Elias was the perfect host, quickly responding to questions and providing excellent local advice. We highly recommend and would love to return one day!

Wonderful

We really had a great time! The flat is just perfect and so comfortable. It’s located in a quiet place but near to the center of Montepulciano and next to shops and supermarket. Elias is a very nice and considerate host ! The region is stunning !

Absolutely First Class

This is a large three bedroom apartment furnished in a beautiful modern style. All of the supporting details like cookware, utensils, etc. are of the highest quality. This apartment is finished as if I lived there, not as a rental unit. The host, Elias, is most helpful. His suggestions of places to visit were spot on. Free parking is available, a rarity in most Tuscan village sites. Elias was always available and checked in throughout our stay to make sure that everything was fine.

Spring in Montipulciano

This place is phenomenal. Just as advertised and very conveniently located. It is clean, spacious,and well equipped. Elias was a super fantastic host. I will be returning on a regular basis. I highly recommend this place for families and friends.

The Most Wonderful Apartment

We loved where we stayed , and the best part was the host Elias. He was waiting for us when we arrived by car and showed us everything in the apartment. He was just outstanding with all of our needs and questions. This apt is very close to the grocery story, a bakery and pizzeria. It was also about a 10 min walk to the Old Town. Just a lovely stay and I have traveled a lot and this is the best vrbo I have stayed at in my life!! Thank you Elias for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

Very huge and beautiful apartment fully equipped with a magnificient view. The apartment is even better than pictures, super clean and very comfortable. For my opinion it is a top-luxury apartment, perfect for short and very long stay too because it has everything. It is at very few steps from the old town, it has a good free parking nearby and there are good restaurants, a coffee bar and super market within around 50-100 mt. Elias has been a great host and indeed I choose it because I had the guarantee or a superhost. Many thanks for our stay!
