This home is situated in Copano Shores with great complex amenities this room is set with room for the whole family to enjoy sleeping up to 12 guests.

Bring along the boat for a day out on the water. The complex is equipped with boat trailer parking and an available boat slip for easy access to the coastal waters. After a day out in the sun, cool off in the community swimming pool. Enjoy a family cookout on the gas grill. Dine alfresco from the deck and enjoy peaceful sunsets with a cold drink in hand.

Retreat inside All Decked Out and find accommodations fitting for a large group. With the sectional sofa unwind and enjoy your favorite show from the Smart TV. Find your way into the kitchen and whip up a quick snack. Here you’ll find stainless steel appliances, cookware, and both a Kurieg and regular coffee maker. Nice house but needs a new cleaning crew

The house was really nice, we liked the layout and amenities but cleanliness really needed some work. There was mud tracked through the house, dirty dishes, the table was really sticky, and there was still coffee in the coffee maker. The community pool was also green during our visit so don't book this property for the pool.

Need new cleaning staff

The house itself was very nice for my family of 7 comfortably. As we walked in, there were wine stains all over the downstairs hallway. On one of the bed pillows there was wine stains, the downstairs living room smelled of dog and dead fish. The grill did not work at all, it was broken. The upstairs bathroom had hair behind the door and under the cabinets, and some of the dishes were still dirty. Also there was not enough towels. I never complain but I honestly think the house should be checked before sending an okay. I understand this is not the owners fault as they do send people they trust to keep their properties clean, this is one they need to check. As we drove up to check in the cleaners were still on the porch 1 looked to be on their phone and the other pulled up like a bat out of hell in a white van.
