Perfect stay for a week away

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental ! It was in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. The pool was our highlight for relaxing in the afternoons . The room itself was clean and had everything we could need . Jill was an excellent host. Will likely book again in the future !

Sweet Little “Blue” Nest with a View

Our recently renovated one room “nest” had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Franklin, TN. We relaxed, enjoyed the sunrise & sunset while we appreciated the many thoughtful amenities offered by Jill. We will return next time we visit family and fun in Franklin and Nashville!

Traveled to Franklin for our 20th anniversary. Loved our stay here. Super clean, with amazing view of the pool and nature right outside the door. A field of deer greeted us as we arrived which was super cool. Highly recommend this listing and Franklin as well!

Fantastic!

What a great place this is! It was sparkling clean, well decorated very comfortable! The host was very nice, very easy to communicate with and clearly wants her guests to be comfortable. The bed was comfy, the bathroom had GREAT water pressure and the views were fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Peaceful Stay

We booked this for a last minute trip for a concert and Jill was wonderful to work with! The reviews for hotels around the area weren't good and then I happened upon this listing and I am so thankful I did. The place was way beyond what you'd get at a hotel. It was so beautiful, peaceful and very clean!! Any questions I had Jill responded very quick and was so nice about it. She gave easy directions and clear instructions for parking and checking in. Any future Franklin trips will have us staying here!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway to Franklin

My wife and I found this awesome studio apartment located just minutes from downtown but we felt like we were in the country. Jill was the perfect host and we had everything we needed. The room was super clean and brand new. Very comfortable bed and awesome shower! We weren't in the room much but it was great coming back to such a nice place. We would definitely book again and use the beautiful in warmer weather.

Nashville Road Trip

One of the most well thought out units we have ever rented. Everything was as described. Effortless check-in and well stocked. We made no trips to the store for things that weren't included. That's a first for us. Very private entry and parking was fine and out of sight of the street. I liked that for our sports car. Host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. If we get back to that area, will stay there for sure.

A gem!

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Gorgeous views of trees and sky. I loved hearing the birds. Peaceful spot. We spent time reading, swimming at the pool, shade provided with comfortable seating. The Blue Suite had everything we needed. We never heard sounds of our neighbors in Red Suite or the host above except to say hello. The suite was very clean, comfortable. The bed was so comfortable! Thanks, Jill. We’ll be back!

Perfect place to stay!

Jill was very communicative as soon as I made the booking. Check in instructions and getting to her place were all very easy to understand and follow. We met Jill for a short moment when we first arrived and she shared some helpful things with us. She’s a very nice lady. After that, she really let us be and gave us privacy. The rental is just as pictured, it’s honestly better. The bed is very comfortable. There’s a nice little couch with a great big TV. The shower pressure and heat are phenomenal, seriously probably the best shower I’ve ever had. The AC kept us nice and cool. Her towels are big and fluffy, and she provided us towels for the pool too. We did not do any cooking while there, but she certainly provides all the essentials to be able to do so. I thought I was going to need to go get a case of water, but she provided a Britta pitcher in the fridge so I was able to drink all the water needed the days that we stayed with her, such a bonus. The location is great, lots of stuff to do and places to eat in Franklin, but you are not far from downtown Nashville either. We even got to see about 6 deer walking the property while we set by the pool, magical! If ever in the area again we will definitely stay with Mrs Jill!!
