Centrally located one bedroom

This spacious ground-floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment makes a great home base for enjoying all St. Pete has to offer. A short distance to businesses, restaurants, and downtown. Come and go freely from your private gate and private entrance. Enjoy a large outdoor patio and private landscaped courtyard for your enjoyment.

The space
The apartment includes a large bedroom with queen-size Tempurpedic mattress, tv, dresser and corner desk.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooktop, microwave and convection oven combo, Keurig coffee maker and plenty of supplies for those that wish to cook up a meal.

Guest access
You'll have access to the apartment via your private entrance. You can enjoy the private patio and side yard that has an outdoor table with umbrella, patio lights and a fire pit.

Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is attached to our home and shares a common wall. While the apartment is quiet and fairly soundproof, you may occasionally hear our kids or dog. We do our best to respect our guests and be as quiet as we can.

We can provide you with extra things you may want to enjoy your vacation. Need beach chairs, a beach cart, or a cooler? Just let us know how we can make your stay the best it can be. We'll be happy to hook you up with whatever we can.

The apartment does not have a washer and dryer. There is a neighborhood laundry mat near by as well as laundry services.

Clearly one of the best stays I ever had. Give. The situation this place was absolutely perfect, all details and amenities are top notch. Would highly recommend this place for short term or longer term stays.

Perfect stay

It is exactly as advertised, beautiful, quiet and perfect for two people. We were looking for a place that was slightly removed from all the noise of downtown but still centrally located enough to easily drive anywhere we wanted to go.

The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and easy for taking nightly walks. Some previous guests complained about the parking but we drove a full size pickup and were able to navigate it with no real difficulty. The apartment was first class with all the amenities needed. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was also a private sitting area outside that we enjoyed both evening and morning. We would definitely stay again on return visits.

Nice property and nice neighborhood

Property was as described. More modern than some other properties we've staayed at in the past in St. Pete. Location very convenient for what we wanted to do.

Best VRBO Ever

The place was top notch. From furniture, decorations, bed, kitchen supplies, etc. The bed was more than comfortable and the supplies were beautiful. The owner always answered on time and although the place was attached to their house, we rarely heard them. The outside space was great and we had use of the gas grill. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting an upscale stay in St. Petes, close to grocery stores and everything you need.

The owners, Adam and Erin, couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. The property is beautiful, safe and private with all the conveniences of home. I stayed for 2 weeks to help with my young granddaughters who live 2 short blocks away. They always asked if we could go there because they loved the living room, the breakfast table in front of the TV and the games that were there! We even almost completed a great jigsaw puzzle together! I will say, I had to leave so early this morning to catch a flight that I have not yet asked if they were ok when they were with me. They can get a little too "lively" sometimes either giggling or fighting.
