« Seaside Retreat » est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée magnifiquement rénové, situé dans le complexe très prisé « Amelia by the Sea ». À quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage, ce logement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer quelques jours ou un mois. La chambre principale offre une vue sur l'océan et donne accès à votre terrasse privée. Elle est équipée d'un lit king size et d'une salle de bains attenante. Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge superposables se trouvent dans le placard de la chambre principale. La chambre d’amis dispose de deux lits doubles, avec une salle de bains dans le couloir juste à côté. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas et profiter de ce magnifique espace. Vous trouverez même un coin bar pour siroter votre cocktail du soir tout en écoutant le bruit des vagues, confortablement installé sur votre terrasse privée face à l’océan. Un salon et une salle à manger confortables peuvent accueillir tout le monde. Le salon donne sur le balcon privé et offre une vue imprenable. 

L’appartement est équipé du câble et du Wi-Fi dans toutes les pièces. Le salon dispose d’une télévision grand écran, et les deux chambres sont équipées d’une télévision. Venez y passer quelques jours ou quelques mois pendant l’hiver. 

Vous bénéficiez d’un emplacement privilégié. À deux pas de la piscine, à deux pas du sable. Pas besoin d’ascenseur ni d’escaliers. Toutes les activités sont à votre porte. La terrasse est confortablement aménagée pour que vous puissiez profiter de la magnifique vue sur l’océan, surveiller les enfants à la piscine ou simplement vous asseoir et vous détendre. The room was immaculate and had a good view of the ocean. From the ground level, the view of the beach was slightly limited. The property manager was wonderful to work with, responded to all of our inquiries immediately, and was always professional.

Perfect for family with young children!

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked, and the walks to the pool and beach were very convenient. It was perfect for my three young children and my mother who had recently had surgery. Would come again!

Relaxing Getaway

Older property but attention to the grounds very nice. Our unit had been remodeled and redecorated. Lovely and attention to detail. Once we were checked in, the condo was very welcoming with beautiful touches. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Week away from the cold.

It is a nice apartment. Everything we needed was there, which included a wonderful ocean view. We could walk right out the back door to the pool and the water. We had one issue at the condo, which was no one’s fault, so I contacted the owners and they fixed it immediately. Close to a lot of good restaurants.

Property is clean and very nicely appointed, nice beach chairs and beach towels and toys, etc. The unit is RIGHT by the pool entrance so great for kids going back and forth to the pool and the beach. The back bedroom can be noisy at night and early morning because it is on the first floor and near the elevator, but that’s a trade off for the easy beach and pool access.

Amazing condo!!

This condo was amazing! We had all of the essentials and more. The condo was clean and the decor was lovely. We appreciated all of the extra, thoughtful touches...from the treasure chest of sand toys to the beach "equipment". We had our two granddaughters with us and they had so much fun making great use of them. The kitchen was so well stocked and we loved the addition of the coffee/tea station. The location is fantastic...right by the pool and at the beach. The real estate manager, Kristi, was fantastic. So responsive and answered any questions that we had throughout the process. Her welcome gift of snacks and treats was so thoughtful and well appreciated. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience on Amelia Island!

We had a wonderful long weekend trip for fall break. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The condo was so convenient located on the first floor- no stairs was a plus with the kids. We will be back!

Ground floor condo with easy access to the beach, pool and pier

We enjoyed staying at Amelia By the Sea in this unit. On the ground floor, it was easy to load our bags, groceries, fishing and beach gear. This unit had everything we needed from beach chairs, umbrella, tennis racquets, beach buckets/toys, plenty of pool/beach towels, throw blankets, etc. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, bake-wear and anything else we needed. The sectional sofa was very comfortable and slept two of our guests. The property owners/managers were great. WE would definitely stay here again.

Connected with Family

This place is so convenient being on the 1st floor. It is super easy to get to the pool and the beach. Also easy access to parking lot. The unit is clean and nicely decorated. There was everything we needed as far as pots, pans, cutting board, etc. in the kitchen. The owners also provide beach chairs and towels. We had more family in other condo units so our vacation was indeed a vacation and time to reconnect with those we love.
