Great location, convenient

The location was perfect. Condo was clean and as described. Easy in and out! Only downside was parking. Paid parking is available, however there was no in and out option and the fees in Indy are very high.

Neat and clean, walking distance downtown venues

Host was easily reachable and accommodating. Condo was clean, comfortable, and centrally located so we could walk to Lucas Oil Stadium and the convention center, as well as to Whole Foods Market, TJ Maxx and dining places each one under 15-30 minutes. Uber and Lyft picked us up right at our building, when we wanted to ride.

Good Value

Positives: Good location for getting around downtown. Spacious apartment—great for two couples. Host quickly responded to all questions. Negatives: neighborhood was noisy at times, especially noticeable at night (roaring engines, police sirens, etc.). All in all, it was a good stay!

I booked one location and the owner switched me to a different location. He's not an honest man and I would recommend everyone avoid booking with VRBO or this owner.

Indy 500 weekend

You cannot beat the location. It’s fabulous. Close to everything. We came in for race weekend and had a blast. The penthouse is 1 block from the circle, which we walked to for the Indy 500 festival parade. Not far from the Speedway or the airport. We got tickets at the last minute to game four of the NBA playoffs, Pacers vs Celtics. Also within walking distance. Super fun. The penthouse was perfect for us, two couples. We loved having a full kitchen and a big living room area. If you love chicken wings make sure you go to Terry’s restaurant, The Block. His wings are amazing, super tender busting with flavor. Generous portions with a variety of flavors.

Perfect for race weekend

Our family was in town to run the Indy mini. Perfect location about 3-4 blocks from the start and finish, as well as easy walk to downtown locations. Apt was large, very clean, comfortable beds and couches, beautiful kitchen/living space. Street parking or garages are plentiful. Owner was quick to respond to all communication and requests - he even came on his own to change the smoke detector battery when the maintenance staff hadn't arrived. This apt is updated but is in a historic building, so expect the beauty and novelty this may bring - older elevators, etc. Forgot to redeem our complimentary appetizer at the bar/grill downstairs, but the wings we ordered were delicious. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing this lovely property!

FRAUD ALERT - BAIT AND SWITCH!!

This property location is not as shown in the listing! We were BAITED into renting it because it shows on the map being just up the street from the Artsgarden on Illinois Ave., where we were attending an out of town wedding. Even our rental confirmation showed the property location on Illinois Ave. But we were SWITCHED over to a different property on Pennsylvania St. Check the July reviews and you will see a similar complaint. In real estate, location is everything! And this listing is not a truthful representation of location. I have filed a formal complaint with VRBO and if not met to my satisfaction, will pursue legal remedy.
