Casa di Famiglia is a luxury home that features a pool on the deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. About Casa di Famiglia

Inside and out, the high-end finishes and décor are sure to please!! The main level gulf front deck features a private built-in pool and a convenient boardwalk to the beach. The outdoor cooking area features a gas grill and a beverage cooler. There is comfortable seating to take in the views from the pool deck or the master bedroom balcony in this multi-level home. Don’t leave your furry family members behind, as this home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs, 30-pound limit for each! (additional fee (s) apply)

Inside, this home is equally as stunning! The first-floor entrance features extra storage space for all of your beach gear, an additional fridge, and an elevator that leads to the 3rd floor/master suite. On the main living level, the windows and doors provide stunning gulf views. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen features high-end finishes and appliances such as a gas range and a wine cooler. Also on this level is a large, comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a large TV, and a convenient bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the 2nd floor is the large master suite. The master suite encompasses the entire 2nd floor and is luxury at its finest! The room boasts a king-size bed, ceiling fan, Gulf views, private balcony, sitting area, work area, mounted television, wet bar, and a private bathroom. Don’t worry about privacy, there are shades and blinds for all of the windows and doors! The spa-like bathroom features a double vanity and a soaking tub with a view of the Gulf, and a walk-in shower.

The other 4 bedrooms are on the 4th floor. Bedroom 2 is a bunk room that will sleep up to 6 guests, great for the kiddos in the group! There is a Jack-n-Jill bathroom between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, a ceiling fan, Gulf views, a TV, and a private balcony. Bedroom 4 sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed and comes with a ceiling fan, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 has a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, a TV, Gulf views, a private balcony, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The laundry closet is also located on the 4th floor.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
