Summary:
Camp David Side-A is one-half of our duplex called âCamp Davidâ. This listing is only for Side A (left side/ west side). This space consists of 1700 Sf, 2-BR/2-BA, a loft with sleeping for up to 5, large wall-mounted TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wifi, & can sleep up to 9 guests. Features include: renovated space, directly across from beach, beach views, easy walk to Public Beach access 170 yards to the east, & private pool (shared with side B).
The Space:
âCamp David Side Aâ is located 2 miles west of the Hangout and the âTâ, close to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. Located directly across the street from the beach, you have lovely beach views from both the upper & lower-level balcony and the living area. Side A consists of 1700 Sf, 2-bedrooms, 2-full bathrooms, a loft area with ample sleeping arrangements, large wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living area, a well-equipped kitchen (stainless appliances and tile counters), washer & dryer, WIFI, and can sleep up 8 guests. The home doesnât have cable but every TV is a Roku Smart TV and has local channels. Bedroom #1 is located on the lower level (main level) and features a queen bed, small balcony overlooking the private pool, and private bath. Bedroom #2 is located on the second level and features a king bed and bathroom access. The loft area features two Captains bedâs (twin over full mattress) and can sleep up to 6. This is a perfect space for kids. There is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom connecting the landing area and bedroom #2.
There is no dining table in the space but the expansive kitchen bar has seating for 8. Also, we have a picnic table under the home. This is great area to grill out or hang out with your entire party. The private pool (shared with guests of Side B) with expansive sundeck is an ideal spot to cool off. There is ample parking under the home for up to 4 vehicles. We ask that after returning from the beach, but before going in the home or hitting the pool, please rinse off at the outdoor shower located under the home.
Public beach access is just a short walk away (170 yards or 0.1 mi to the east), located at the end of 12th St.
If you are in need of extra space, Side A and Side B can be rented together (Airbnb listing is under âCamp Davidâ).
đđ»ââïžThe OUTDOOR pool is NOT heated in the cooler months.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entirety of the west die of the duplex (left side aka Side A) and the the private pool, which is shared with the Side B.
Other Things to Note:
đïžPublic beach access is just a short walk away (170 yards or 0.1 mi to the east), located at the end of 12th St. It is about a 3 minute walk.
đ«The homes directly across the street are private property. No trespassing on private parking or the police will be dispatched.
đșAll TVs are Roku Smart TVs. They will get local channels but there is no cable.
**This home does require ability to navigate stairs.**
