Casa Carolina is distributed in three stories, you enter through the second floor. Upon entering the property your eyes will reach the stunning ocean views. However, it is the spacious living area that opens up to a magnificent outdoor oasis. The living area is adorned with natural wood furniture and light sand-colored decor, creating an atmosphere of elegant simplicity. Large French doors and floor-to-ceiling windows connect the interior with the outdoor space, allowing for seamless entertainment and relaxation.



Here you’ll discover the heart of the home. An open-concept kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, granite countertops, and a central island with 4 stools, is a culinary enthusiast's dream. It seamlessly flows into the living area, where you can unwind on plush sofas and enjoy the stunning ocean views through the expansive windows. There is also an additional bedroom on this floor, complete with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second floor is designed for entertaining, with a perfect blend of convenience and aesthetics. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



The first floor welcomes you with an open and airy atmosphere. The three bedrooms on this level are beautifully designed and each has its own private bathroom. The main bedroom, fits for royalty, features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the third bedroom is perfect for children or guests with two single beds and its own private bathroom.



Outside, you'll find a pristine pool with a built-in hydromassage feature, surrounded by comfortable outdoor sofas and furniture, making it the ideal spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying the tropical breeze. It also has a full BBQ area with a dining table for you to enjoy your meals embraced by the tropics or zipping a cocktail while sunbathing in the comfortable lounge chairs by the pool.
