Beautiful Indian Lake with canal leading to Crystal River and the Ocean.

This 3 bedroom house with terrazzo floors has a wonderful view of Indian Lake from the living room and dining room/sunroom with 2 sets of glass sliding doors. Separated bathrooms make it perfect for early risers to sit and have their first cup of coffee while everyone else sleeps. Wooden Dock for fishing and docking your boat. All the conveniences of home are provided. Boat ramp (required to pay a fee) 100 yards away. My backyard is a breeding area for Manatee's so we ask that you are careful with the speed of boats.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was nice. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was great in the showers. The pier where we doctor boat was very convenient nice deep water, beautiful springs and a beautiful view.

Had a wonderful time in Crystal river. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a great weekend! Loved the waterfront view and the comfy sunroom. Would stay there again.

Our check in was very smooth. We enjoyed our time there. Beds were comfortable and nicely decorated with pretty comforters. We enjoyed being on the water and seeing the wildlife.

Excellent Crystal River Location

Very clean "Florida" home, love the terrazzo floors and coral fireplace and being on the water so close to the boat ramp is a plus. Easy check in and we were very comfortable there.
