Our "Cozi Beach House" is in an incredible location, completely remodeled, and has so much to offer!

We're only a 5-minute walk to the beach approach (just across the street), 3-minute walk to Sunset Park for beautiful sunsets (and great fishing) located on the inter-coastal waterway, 5-minute walk to McElroy Park, which offers pickle-ball courts, a playground, basketball courts, and 2 dog parks. 7-minute walk to the grocery store (Publix) or Walgreens. Only 1 mile south, there are cafes (including Starbucks), restaurants on the water, a brewery, an ice cream shop, and more.

**Watch the sunrise at the beach AND the sunset on the river. Both within a 5-minute walk, and both are beautiful!

Ample outdoor yard space and furniture, a unique outdoor shower, 3 queen bedrooms, a bunk room/kids hangout room with a big screen TV, PS2, Wii, books, and games to keep the kids busy. We even have a private office room with a printer if you're working on the go. This multi-purpose space also has a washer/dryer with laundry supplies provided.

The Cozi Beach House was an amazing fit for our travel plans.Sleeping accommodations in particular with the bunk bed room for 6 and in addition it’s 3 independent rooms is one of the best set up we have run into at VRBO.The house is also decorated so appropriately for its So-FL setting.Thank you!

This was the easiest rental process we have ever gone through! The host was just as welcoming as the property. Everything was clean and homey, we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Excellent Home for Family Gatherings

We had a wonderful stay in the Cozi Beach House for our annual family meet-up. The house was impeccably clean, and there were thoughtful touches in every room that really showed the host's attention to detail in regards to nearly anything a family might need during their stay. Our teens and young adult son were absolutely giddy with nostalgia for some of the old games they found in the bunk room. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the excellent location. Corrina went above and beyond with communication, ensuring our stay went as smoothly as possible. We were thankful to be able to find a home that is owned by a family with their own fond memories from their time there, and appreciate the effort they put into making sure others can get the same level of enjoyment from their property. We would absolutely be happy to stay in this home again if we visit Daytona Beach in the future.

Incredible Property

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The house is so clean and comfortable, but the location is perfect. Will definitely be staying here again. Would highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Daytona Family Vacation

We had a great stay at the Cozi Beach House! The house was very clean, had everything we needed and had a great location- including easy walk to the beach. The home owner was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Awesome host and house

Corrina was fantastic and the house is perfect for a trip to Daytona. Very thoughtful hosts left bottles of water and coffee, and the house is very well stocked with supplies that you might need. The main bathroom is extremely nice and the whole house is very clean and new. We will be returning for our next Daytona trip.

We spent the past 2 years renovating this house to be our 2nd home, and we are excited to share our beautiful home with you! This home is my escape from everyday life. Everything you could ever need is only a short walk away, but I also enjoy cozying up here on rainy days and making a good coffee at our coffee bar, or playing some of our board games in our cozy living room. I love being a host because I get to share this beautiful home with others, and I hope you and your family can make more beautiful memories in our home!
